Well located
Stayed for a couple of nights but it was a brief trip so did not see much of hotel. Location good, 5-10min walk from New Street Station Room was upper end of crowne plaza style. Whilst outside the hotel looked a bit tired, inside it was modern and clean

fantastic!
Stayed at this hotel recently for a transfusion conference ... it was a really lovely hotel the rooms were perfect clean modern and everything you could want was available the products were fab the cosy dressing gowns the beds wow! Even had a choice of pillows to choose from .... I didnt want to leave the room. The conference was great and the food was 10/10 staff were friendly and helpful the gym was spacious couldnt fault it .

Great base for Birmingham City
Stayed here as a base for visiting family and friends. Everything you need is provided with a good nights sleep. It is very central and easy to travel to and from various Birmingham destinations. The self-service breakfast offered a good enough standard fayre from continental to full English cooked. Service was swift and professional. An extra star goes to Housekeeping who returned the items I'd accidentally left in my wardrobe the very next day by Parcel Force. Nothing to dislike and would stay here again.If you book a taxi, do it yourself rather than asking the hotel to book a cab for you. The company they use are minicabs and are not metered meaning they can charge whatever they feel like and overcharge if they can get away with it. Also the drivers were using SatNav whilst driving! Find the number of a Black Cab and go for that.

Comfortable room, central area
We stayed in the crowne plaza for 1 night, the room was very comfortable and clean and had a full view of Birmingham. We had breakfast which was also good, it took a while to get a cup of tea but other than that it was great, they even cooked your eggs to how you wanted, even though it was a buffet breakfast! Would definitely stay here again, great location to.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
This is a great hotel, very helpful staff and the breakfast is fantastic! The rooms are very nice, spacious, modern & clean. We booked a twin & had a room with two double beds which were very comfy & even came with a pillow menu! This hotel is very good value for money & has a high class feel to it.
