Clean, quiet during the week
Spent one night during the week and it was quiet, although when doors down the hall did close, you could really hear them. Check in was friendly and super fast (thanks Sara) - very clean and new. Parking lot well lit as we returned later in the evening, close to midnight. Wireless worked well, no issues. Beds were okay - nothing to write home about but not anything to complain about. No fan in bathroom which would be nice after a shower to clear things up. Breakfast was good for an all inclusive - good variety and quality. Would be nice to have an onsite restarant but they have coffee 24 hours which is nice. Restaurants around but not too much within walking distance - more of a business-industrial area, but would recommend for sure. Didn't use pool or workout room but went in to check out and they looked clean and maintained. Great place to stay if you need somewhere to relax in between meetings or events in the area.

Nice place to stay while in Canada
Got a upgrade without even having to ask. Most times you have to ask for it but not here. Rooms are a good size with all the things you need during your stay. Beds very comfortable and the lighting in the room was great. Had internet cable connection and wireless. If ever come back to this area this is the place I would stay again.

Great place away from downtown Toronto
If you don't mind being away from the city, then this is the spot for you. Clean, quiet and close by to offices
I stay at this hotel regularly for work. The rooms are big and always clean. The front desk staff are always attentive and helpful. The parking lot is well lit and you can usually get parked close by.I always stayed at the Delta, but found these rooms to be more comfortable and a bit more reasonably priced.The hotel is often completely full, so there aren't really options for upgrades.

Noisy, rude and unhelpful reception.
This place used to be one of the hotels we would stay often in the GTA but after two bad visits, we will not be coming back again. Both of these visits we dealt with extremely noisy neighbours (almost all night) either next to us or on the same floor. After calling down to staff, they were rude and unhelpful - they were unwilling to deal with the situation by coming up to our room/floor to speak to the noisy guests. Then we asked to change floors and they flatly declined - we got almost zero sleep on both visits. We stayed here, again, after the first bad encounter because we thought it was an isolated incident but obviously it wasn't!!
