Friendly staff, great service and healthy food options.
One of the few hotel chains that really offer a complimentary healthy breakfast. The location is excellent too. The front desk staff immediately greeted me when I arrived and check-in took but a minute. This location continues to give out the 2 bottles of water for gold members which is very appreciated when you're traveling all day. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and the dinner menu offered several healthy options.

Great hotel
I usually stay at this hotel when I travel for work. The hotel is a great location and the staff is nice. I recommend asking for a room with 2 queen beds for extra space! The food is at the restaurant/bar is good.

Very Helpful Staff
During a recent business stay, the manager Assistant manager and a trainee were very helpful with my stay. i had attempted to get a King romm and it was not available on line. On check in they were very accomidating and made the upgrade for me. Someone had cancelled a reservation and it was to my good fortune. I have stayed here several times before and each has been a good experience.

(Nearly) Everything you might want or expect
Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, decent value - what more could you want or expect? I didn't get to eat there so I can't comment on food, but everything else was just fine including wi-fi, fitness equipment, pool w/jacuzzi. They were even flexible with the check-out time when I needed stay a bit longer to shower after using the pool on Sunday morning. The only thing that was missing that I've come to expect from any but the most basic accommodations was an in-room safe for secure storage of personal electronics, etc.

No complaints at all!
We were travelling to the Albany area for a party and only needed to stay one night, but needed enough room to fit my family of 5. We rented two rooms, each with 2 queen beds, and all was perfect! Rooms were adjoining which is the most convenient, breakfast in the morning was not fancy but just enough to tide us over, rooms were VERY clean, shower was nice and big and the temperature stayed consistent and there were no water pressure issues. No noise issues either. Friendly check in staff. I'd recommend to anyone travelling to the area.
