Very comfortable and friendly
Close to Prince Regent DLR. Very clean room, really comfortable bed, clean and fresh linen and towels. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was enjoyable with plenty on offer and once again, very attentive staff. The one downside was that our room had interconnecting doors and the room next door was clearly occupied by small children who had the television on very loud as of 5:30 am and the doors meant we could hear every word. Having said that we will definitely stay again - we otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location
Had a 2 night stay here. The room was lovely overlooking the river, very spacious with lots of hot water. Extremely quiet even though the hotel is very near London City Airport. Breakfast was plentiful with extended times over the weekend period which makes a refreshing change! Would definately come here again as parking was also free. Excellent location away from bustling crowds but close to the Cable Car which is a lovely experience if you don't mind heights!

Tremendous Time
Just returned after 4 wonderful days in London. We had a tremendous time staying in The Ramada Docklands. It was really convenient just 2 minutes from the DLR (Prince Regent) from where we usually went from to Tower Hill and all of London. The suites in the hotel were magnificent, really comfy with all the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Food and drink was really good and very reasonably priced (for London) and all delivered with a smile.We will definetly stay in the Ramada the next time we visit London.

Lovely hotel
My husband and I stayed there for two nights over the bank holiday period. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.We only ate breakfast in the hotel and the food was plentiful with good attendance from the waiter and waitress for the ever flowing of coffee. Drinks in the bar are typical of hotel prices so heading into the city for the night will give more variety of eating and drinking places.The hotel is well situated if you are attending an event at the Excel Exhibition Centre or the O2. However, the train station is adjacent to the Excel Exhibition whereas you can take a trip into the city. We arrived on a Friday and were able to get one of the hotels free car parking spaces at the front of the hotel so we saved our selves about ¿¿25. Also it is worth knowing that they do have about 25 free spaces at the back of the hotel - these are all on a 'first come - first served' basis. We enjoyed our stay but wish the doors where not so loud when they close. We were woke up from 06:00 both mornings with door noise. Some of this is down to the mindless people that think once there are up and about everyone else has to be but I realise this cannot be under the control of the hotel.

1 nights stay
there were 3 of us stayed in a lovely suit, staff were really nice, food was abit expensive drinks prices were evan worse. Unfortunately when we left i had left my straightners in my room did not realise till we got on the train, I rung the hotel and the lady at reception "could not find them" i know they were left there because we had left the room and not being anywhere else. Lovely hotel shame about the hostpitality when we left.
