Great hotel. Room is huge and very quiet!
Stayed here in May of 2013 for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room is like a large suite, and I swear I was the only person in the hotel it was so quiet! Housekeeping did decide to start sweeping in the hallway at 9am...so don't expect to sleep in, but I was up by then so not a problem for me.Their wireless internet was solid, and also the continental breakfast was amazing!If I had one complaint (and it is a small one), the bathroom is very small. Also no tub...just a shower. The sink and mirror is outside the bathroom so just the toilet and shower are inside the bathroom...and you have to step around the toilet to close the door. Very tight quarters!Did I also mention a flat screen TV that swivels so you can watch from the bed or from the seating area in the room! Also a fridge is a nice added touch!Overall...I couldn't be happier with this hotel....and will stay there again if my travels take me back to Hoffman Estates!

Happy at Hyatt
We spent one night at the property and used their shuttle to go to and return from a wedding reception. Shuttle was quick and easy both ways. The room had two double beds a sofa, desk and butler type sink and mini fridge. It was a clean and comfortable room. Check in was quick. A morning free breakfast bar was good with eggs, pancakes, sausage etc and the best coffee.

Great hotel, great price!
This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I will definitely go back! I took my kids for spring break and we all had a great time. The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with directions. The location is perfect! The train station is right down the road and for $5.75 you can take the train to Chicago, about a hour train ride. (kids are half price, bring your student id, kids 6 and under are free) Legoland, Ikea, Woodfield mall all are just one exit down the highway, maybe 5 miles. The pool was very warm (but closed at 10pm & no hot tub), the room was quite large, and the breakfast was amazing, best I've seen. (made you feel like you were in someone's kitchen) I heard one complaint on here that there aren't a lot of tv channels, but who goes to a hotel to watch tv? There's way too much to do than watch tv. My 7 year old said the hotel made her feel like a rich person. Ha! And they did - we had a wonderful time!

Excellent Value/Enjoyable Stay
I booked this hotel online and received a fantastic rate. From the moment I stepped into the foyer I was impressed by both staff and facility. Our guestroom king with sofabed was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Staff was always attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and included hot foods as well as cereals, donuts, juices and fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again the next time my travels take me to this area.

Excellent!!!
Other than a missing tv controller, everything was perfect! Including the pool. We were worried about past reviews saying that the pool was cold, but it was the warmest pool we have ever experienced! Clean towels were readily stocked often. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Yummy breakfast...enjoyed it! Would definitely stay there again.
