Great stay!
Got a great deal through Hotwire to stay at this Sheraton. Great location, great service, very nice rooms, awesome pool, jacuzzi & exercise room. The rooms were incredibly quiet. All of the rooms surrounding mine were occupied, and I didn't hear any voices/TV's etc. There's a Montana's Cookhouse right across the street, so dinner was an easy choice. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel

Good hotel
I visited this hotel on Thanksgiving weekend [2011 & 2012] for a Supernatural convention. The hotel is located in a good area near various restaurants.I never had any issues with check-in or check-out. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is average - mid-size which made finding all of the conference rooms easy.

Love this place and really love the service!!
I stay here often for business and can't speak more highly of the service provided! At every visit they go above and beyond. I love when they say 'welcome back' as I approach the desk. The rooms are great too. Really nice that the windows open so you can escape hotel stale air. Highly recommend

Overall experience was good
Our group was there for a conference. The hotel room was nothing special but fairly large and very clean. while early on I was thinking this was a 3/5, the whole experience of the place was pretty nice. It is conveniently laid out and the service is good. The location is very convenient to the airport and many restaurants, and the hotel restaurant is attractive and nice. I took the airport shuttle which was fast and on-time. As for the conference staff, they have it together, and while I didn't love the interior conference rooms without windows, they were exceptionally organized and true professionals.

very clean, pleasant staff, needs updating
FIrst of all i got a great deal on this property with priceline. When I checked in it was quick and the person was very friendly and I was able to use my starpoints to upgrade to the club lounge floor. The food in the club lounge was decent, but there could have been a better selection in the evening. As for the room itself, the bathroom and room was very clean, and the beds they have are awesome! The rugs and decor looked old to me, and could be updated but they are very clean as well. I asked for a room overlooking the airport which is great for me, but if you are not into that, be warned you will hear the planes going overhead. The check out process was really great as well. The woman who helped me, gave me excellent directions on places to go to kill time waiting for my flight, and even gave me her card in case I ended up getting lost on the transit system. Just this experience at check out, would make me stay there again.
