My first time at Quality, but definitely not my last. Friendly staff, clean room and the most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. A great basic services place to stay. Will definitely recommend to any who asks.

Very good
This is a decent and comfortable hotel. Not luxurious, an older property, but with a helpful, corteous and attentive staff. The hotel gets the basics right: clean, well equipped, nice sized rooms with flat screen TVs; fitness center; business center to print boarding passes; free parking and great location, within walking distance of coffee, fast food outlets and a gas station. I'd stay here again and recommend the place. I uploaded a couple of pictures from my room so you can draw your own conclusions.

Aim to please
We live quite a distance from the Toronto Airport. Therefore, we were most interested in economical secure parking for a long period of time, along with decent accommodations. This hotel provided exactly what we needed. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for special consideration upon booking and there were no gliches when we checked in. We stayed overnight prior to our flight and we were provided a shuttle to the airport the next morning. We had to leave a little early due to the shuttle schedule. We thought we were going to have to pay extra for the shuttle, but we were given a complimentary coupon. The hotel is a little dated furniture wise but clean and practical. When we returned from our 32 day vacation we called for a shuttle back from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel the staff were waiting for us and all our paperwork was prepared. The personal touch of small welcome gifts in the room make it that much better. The location off Hwy. 401 is very handy. We arrived too late to eat at the hotel restaurant but Wendy's and Tim Horton's is right next door.

Great place to stay...
Very clean and when we got there we found a LONG handwritten message of welcome in a card along with a wrapped gift(water, chips and chocolate) on our bed for being choice privileges members. Cheaper than some surrounding hotels. Will stay there again.

never again
i stayed with my wife, asked for a non smoking room. we were given a room that smelled like stale cigarettes. They moved us to another room. Around midnight, the carbon monixide alarm went off and scared my wife then all we could hear after were washers and dryers. Turns out our room was right above the laundry room. Didnt get to bed till around 4am. got about 4 hours of sleep then woke up to the cleaning ladies talking and vacuuming around 8:30am BEST PART - THEY ENTERED THE ROOM AT 8:45AM(if check out is at 11am, the cleaning crew shouldnt start cleaning till 11 !!)We got dressed as fast as possible and left
