Liked this hotel a lot..very clean and comfortable. Beds were exceptional and the whole experience from the building to the rooms was well designed and nicely done. Wish that they had a breakfast of any sort attached with the room but that was one of the few downsides. Kids of course liked the cookie at arrival but I felt that a simple breakfast (coffee, cereal and rolls and jam even) would have been a better option than an evening cookie.

Awesomest Review Ever!
Your hotel is wonderful! I was a little worried when I discovered my room was across the hall from the fitness center but my wife and I were never bothered by it. They did have a very strange shower, it was kind of annoying in that the curtain wasn't very big and there was a piece of glass that extended out from the wall. I think they were trying to be artsy and the artsyness got in the way of usefullness.

Great Hotel & Staff
We arrived on a Tuesday, just in time to enjoy the manager's happy hour - it was quite lovely! Our 3 night stay couldn't have gone any better. Every associate was so friendly and greeted us with a hello or goodmorning when passing us in the hall or lobby. It was so nice to get my Stabucks Frap right in the lobby. The decor of the hotel was beautiful, so comfortable and inviting! If we are ever in the Buffalo area again this would be our first choice for accomodations!

Great service with a smile!
As a business traveler I spend many nights a week away from home, in different hotel. The DoubleTree in Amherst is one of my favorites because the staff is so friendly and warm. Kudos to Krystal and Carnie for their great attitude and service. Keep up the great work!

Nice Hotel Great Service
Spent the past weekend here for a shopping trip. Rooms very clean. Lobby nicely appointed. Nice pool and hot tub. Talked with a few of the staff and they were very courteous and helpful. Rooms very quiet and we were right across from elevator and had no noise issues. Bryanne (one or the managers) was very nice and professional. The cookies as always were great! We will stay again.
