Wonderful Executive Floor
We stayed here for a conference at the next door conference center. The hotel was lovely and the executive level was exceptional. Elisa made us feel so at home, as did the rest of the hosts. Breakfast to order was excellent. The staff got to know us over the course of a short week and made our experience memorable. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable.

Has been hotel. it was once lovely , clean, well managed. And now radically deteriorated.
I have been staying at this hotel for the twenty years as we do business here. the beds are ancient and when I saw one turned up side down, it was it was dirty, and unkempt,and it looked like it was Probably loaded with mold..All adjacent s services were included in the hotel, and now some spa services are privately owned and you get charged for them..Rooms that are supposed to be non smoking are not respected..therefore if you are sensitive to smoke, it will be very unpleasant for you. I would rate thus a three star hotel that needs a Hugh make over, not only for aesthetics but for cleanliness, food quality and service which used to be impeccable..Don't be fooled by its five star rating.

fab time!!
Stayed here for one night for the opening of the U2 concert. Upon arrival was told our room was unavailable so were upgraded to a junior suite!!! The room was absolutely gorgeous. Room srvice at 11 o clock at night was fabulous and the food lovely. Would definatly go back

Lovely hotel but food was a huge let down
We stayed here for a night whilst visiting Barcelona for our anniversary ! The hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location however the breakfast in the morning was terrible , the hot selection if food was cold and massively poor for a 5* hotel. Reception staff were fantastic and the hotel was set in beautiful grounds!
