looks better in the photos...
stayed there when we went to see Disney land Paris. very near to the parks around 3 mile but much cheaper than the Disney hotels. we had rented a car from the airport, reading the other reviews about bus and connections etc. didn't eat in the hotel, rooms were okay but very small. with the bed in the room just enough space on the side to get up. very tight stairs. like an old house (which it is) and if you like that. not to my taste but as we were there for only 3 nights and would leave in the morning and come back late didnt really matter. not more than a bnb so dont expect much.....

Pleasant surprise
We booked this online as we were driving from Germany to Paris, we arrived very late, very hungry and very road weary. We were pleasantly surprised how gracious the night desk clerk was, even though we had some communications issues as our French was rather rusty. We were blown away with how big our room was and it was perfect since we were sharing with my mother-in-law. She had her own area and we had our own area, no doors per se but there was the thought of privacy which was much appreciated. Sadly the kitchen was closed and nothing nearby was open but without even begging the night desk clerk told us to go sit in the dining room, he brings in a huge tray of ham, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and rolls....I wanted to cry I was so happy. Can't recall a meal tasting so good, granted we were all starving which I am sure help. He did charge us but it was worth every penny! We were so happy we stayed an extra night because they made us feel welcome and it was in this quaint little town with an awesome "patisserie" across the street. We drove into Paris rather take the bus as we were worried about finding the right bus to come back. It was about a 20 mins drive into Paris. And the view from our room, I thought was amazing looking onto this rather old wall and I could the bakery from our room.Only major downside was the internet seemed wonky but in part because we had been told the wrong account to try to connect to but finally got that straightened out, although to be fair we never got a great signal.

Mostly, a very pleasant stay.
I'm really not sure I was staying at the same hotel as some of these reviewers. For a village hotel in France, this was a very good hotel for the price, with only one or two minor exceptions.THE GOOD!The staff were all very friendly and polite, and deserve credit (with one exception). Their levels of spoken english were very good, and we had no issues communicating with them, either in person, or via telephone (when we on multiple occasions contacted them to ask them to book Taxis for example.) The desk was manned 24 hours a day, and even after midnight when we arrived back most nights, the staff were always pleasant and ready to help. The room was a good size family room. The beds were both comfortable, although additional pillows were not available during our stay, and were really necessary, which was a small issue (we instead used folded bedding, which they provided for the purpose). The room was clean, and well presented, and was cleaned regularly during our short stay. The hotel was situated in Jossigny, and was well known by all taxi drivers we used. The area itself was a nice french village, full of character and charm of its own (it was a shame we did not spend more time there, as it was really only a base for visiting Disneyland). The hotel was located very near to the Jossigny - Chateaux bus station, which was served regularly (in the morning at least) by the number 44 Bus, which could be used to access the RER Line A stations at either end of the route (Val d'Europe or Bussy St. Georges). It was sometimes quicker to get the bus to Bussy, and the RER two stops to Disneyland, than to wait for the bus to the closer Val d'Europe, so bear that in mind. In either case, remember that you are in Zone 5 so bus/train travel is quite expensive, and Taxis are likely be cheaper for groups of more than two. By bus and RER, it was approximately 20 minutes to the park gates.Taxi's to and from the park are readily available and cost approximately ¿¿¿17 in the evening, (significantly less during the day, obviously). All the drivers were very helpful, knew the area, and made no attempt to take us on a grand tour. By cab, it was approximately 7 minutes, door to door.Breakfast was of very good quality. Typical continental style breakfast, self service, and more than enough to fuel you for a big day. Sadly, the hot drinks (any drinks with milk especially) were of exceptionally poor quality, and, like most continental hotels, tea and coffee making facilities were not available in the room. I strongly recommend having BLACK coffee from the machine, and using the fresh milk available at the breakfast bars, and taking your own travel kettle. The hotel was being decorated during our stay, and the garish colours mentioned by some, seemed to have been largely replaced by more neutral ones.THE BAD! Our stay was not perfect (what is). Sadly the air conditioning was not working during our stay¿¿¿during one of the hottest periods this year. It was apparently related to building work in the restaurant (we didn't see any), and temporary, but the sign appeared a little too permanent for my liking. Fortunately, the road was quite quiet, so sleeping with windows open was no problem for us, and by the time we arrived back¿¿¿after midnight¿¿¿it had cooled sufficiently to be at least manageable. However, if you were planning to spend any time in the room during the day, the heat would have been unbearable, I'm sure.Secondly, the hotel is listed on most websites as "Disneyland Area" (which it is). However, unlike most other Disneyland hotels, it does not operate any kind of shuttle bus service to or from the park. The Bus/RER though very good in the morning (From about 7:30 onwards) but becomes quite infrequent during the daytime hours (Only around one per hour, making getting to the hotel to check in, and back to the park quite time consuming if you don't use a taxi), and ends entirely after around 8:00 in the evening. If you plan to take advantage of Disney's e

Deceived by hot-wire
Booked this hotel inadvertently through hot-wire and paid over $20 more a night than every other travel site, and hot-wire did not honor their low-price guarantee since I booked the last available double room. The hotel was below average, even by European standards; should not be classified as a 3 star. The hotel is very old and the building is leaning. That's definitely something to consider if you have vertigo, the crazy decor didn't help. The room was tiny and outdated and the floors of the entire hotel looked filthy. There is no air circulating in the room, we had wet clothes hanging up that did not dry at all in three days. They are doing construction, and putting in a lift, but I had to carry suitcases up and down very crooked stairs. The nice man at the front desk did offer to help me though. The wifi did not work the entire time I was there, not even in the lobby or restaurant. An employee told me the signal was poor and other guests were unable to connect, but it showed a strong signal on my laptop, but that it was 'disabled'. It's unacceptable that for three days it showed disabled in the lobby so I had to incur expensive roaming charges on my phone just to let my family know I was okay, even though the hotel advertised free wifi. The employees were all very nice, but were of no help. We all hurried back from Disney so we could eat dinner at the hotel by 10, but they would not serve us as it was too close to 10 and that's when they stop serving food. We couldn't even get a pizza for 'take-out'. If you know what you're getting into and get a good deal on the room I guess it's okay, but it made it infinitely worse knowing hot-wire ripped me off by about $70. For the same price, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel in Val d'Europe. Definitely won't be using hot-wire again as they do not stand by their money back guarantee.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Dirty, dingy, not convenient to access anything, and the floor of the room was so badly slanted my wife got vertigo. Terrible hotel.
