Poor and Inappropriate Front Desk
My experience, even though was limited to only 5 -10 minutes of interaction, it was full of major disappointment, public harrbassment, and showered with racy comments...When i walked-in at the front desk, there was an intern, and he told me about tha rate. I wanted to get a better rate, and when the intern asked his supervisor gave me $5 discount...as soon i got the room keys, realized there is no light in the hotel room and it was pitch dark...when i went back to front desk complaining about it, the supervisor (dark guy) was simply not only unapologetic, but started showing major attitude!Person quickly became hyper and started making racy comments...I will STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO GO TO THIS HOTEL till something is done with the service level and with this person. I finally got my refund, and when i asked for complaint box OR suggestion box, was asked to leave the premises immediately...i was asked to dare call up General Manager, which when i did, was ringing back to the front desk...It's a shame!!

Good budget accommodation
I stayed here for 2 weeks in feb, 2013. It good for budget travellers or on business trip. Nice and clean at very less expense. Rates are Better if you book in- person. Horrible breakfast. Most of the time out of noodles. There is nice Chinese and indian restaurants nearby. Microwave and mini fridge available in the room.Go for it if you need to rely on public transportation for work. NJ transit buses ply nearby and drop you at Metro park station, from where you can take trains to Newark/ New York direct. Bet on chance if you are with your family.

Disappointing & Discusting
Confirmation #63388324We would like our money back. We paid $73.44. First, no curtain that would close in the room which overlooked another residentail area and was clearly great for peeping Tom's !We used our towels. The towels were not fit to wash cars with. Old, dirty, stained. The night stand had gum stuck to it next to the bed ... first thing I saw when I woke up. (We checked in at around 1 AM and had been up twenty hours at that point ! ) The TV was missing one whole corner. The fan in the bathroom sounded like the Enterprise taking off for a space mission. AND .... Mr. R. Masquati literally fought with me to get a receipt ! What the heck is that all about. I had to threaten him in the morning for a receipt for our records at which time he wrote one out on the back of his business card and only because two other guests were standing there. He's rude and condescending. We routinely stay at your Days' franchises but would like our money refunded as soon as possible. We got up and got out as early as possible Sunday morning. Don't even ask about "breakfast" .... This stay was very unlike our other experiences at your franchise hotels. Please feel free to call us at 315-963-0642.

Avoid this place at all cost
Well to start they did not reserve my room. I reserved it from booking.com two weeks before I went there. I called them the day before to let them know i would be showing up a day later than my reservation which they agreed would be fine. Once i arrived they had to search for a open room (might I add it was New Years Eve weekend probably the only reason they were busy). When i finally got to my room, the bathroom was nasty. The shower head had red mildew on it like it had not been cleaned in at least a year. The shower walls had hairs covering it which made me not want to even step in it and clean myself. The toilet handle was busted so it took two tries to flush before the toilet actually flushed. The outlet that had the TV and fridge plugged in only had one plug that worked. So we had to reroute the bedroom so we could have a working TV and fridge. There was a coffee maker in the room but because only the bottom outlets worked, I had to go without coffee because the Day Inn refuses to service their rooms.
