Pleasant, reasonably priced hotel
I spent one night at this hotel on a brief visit to Brussels en route to the Netherlands. The price was very reasonable, service extremely helpful and friendly, and the room clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The hotel has free wireless in the lobby but only half an hour free in the rooms. There is free printing in a business room off the lobby. There are lots of great restaurants and sites within walking distance.

The embodiment of the Four Points spirit
This was my first stay at a Four Points hotel, Starwood's entry-level brand, so I was slightly unsure what to expect from it. Luckily, I needn't have worried, as the "by Sheraton" in the brand name is well deserved. The hotel cuts down on bling, but retains impeccable service standards and room comfort, which are the most relevant features anyway. Participation in the "Make a Green Choice" programme is also commendable. The location is nice, although not perfect, as you'll be largely dependent on a single tram line to reach the city centre. However, you can reach most places in Brussels within half an hour. The hotel has a typical 4* setting, with a classic hotel feel to it (unlike Aloft, for instance), although there are those Sheraton touches here and there, just to remind you of the brand you're staying at. We were even upgraded to a Superior Room (from the booked Classic Room) due to a long stay (six nights in a row), even though I'm only a basic SPG member, which was a very nice touch. The room was more spacious than expected, and the same goes for the bathroom. The double bed is the absolute highlight of the Four Points experience, being remarkably comfortable for a sub-100¿¿¿ hotel. All in all, a very pleasant experience we'd gladly repeat.

Third stay
This was our third stay at the Four Points and once again it was a very nice experience. We had a spacious, non-smoking room overlooking the garden which was great--nice and quiet.The front desk staff, particularly Eduardo, were friendly and helpful.We used the internet in the lobby because we didn't want to pay the fee to use it in the room but this wasn't really a problem as we were just checking email etc.We always seem to be lucky with our weather when visiting Brussels and this time was no exception. The weather was fantastic and there were all sorts of festivals going on at Place Flagey, the Grand Place etc. We made the trip to the Royal Greenhouses which were gorgeous (they're only open for a few weeks a year).It's a nice, comfortable hotel and we love the surrounding neighbourhoods so I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend the hotel to others.

Great location and wonderful staff
We stayed 5 days at the Four Points, using it as our central location for day trips. Always a little paranoid about leaving cameras and computers behind when you leave your room, the cleaning staff are above reproach. We left our safe open with all our things ..including our money...and when we came back we were overly impressed that the staff had left everything where it was. The front desk was also top notch in their help with all our needs. From his hotel you can travel to Holland, France and Germany in a short time. Very impressed with location.

As a SPG member I have stayed at this trusted brand and was very pleased with my choice.Polite, courteous and very friendly staff eager to assist. Clean and spacious room with garden view. nice lobby. Excellent location, close to transportationand shops. very safe area.AAA+++ and great value! would love to go back....
