Great for my tour group, also great for individuals.
I brought a large group of university students here and we were treated magnificently. Beautiful hotel, great rooms, excellent prices, and most important friendly and helpful staff at all times who sent us to great and affordable local restaurants. Good location near the Archaeological Museum. I will stay here alone or with friends the next time I'm in Naples.

excellent nothing was too much trouble
we stayed there having arrived back today....the hotel was truly excellent..the room was superb...the cleanliness was super...the breakfast was delicious...nothing was too much trouble for the staff...they bent over backwards helping us with taxis restaurant recomendations....the decor was vey italian...cant recomend this hotel highly enough...fabulous staff...we enjoyed our holiday so much.

Clean, good value and helpful staff
the hotel was clean and reasonably comfortable, decent sized room for our 3 night stay. Staff were helpful and let me check in and print off boarding cards, so a useful bonus minimising time at the airport. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, but adequate. The location is on a noisy street (they all are in Naples!) but it is near a metro station. The travel links in Naples are good, and would recommend the ArteCard - well worth it and can be purchased at the information office in rail station - Garibaldi.

Good choice for local life
We booked this hotel through British Airways and went for New Year. Naples centre can be chaotic so this hotel is well-placed to experience Naples without the drama. We liked the fact that there are local restaurants filled with local people. The hotel itself is clean; our room was on the small side but we didn't mind - we were there to see the city. The breakfast is typical Italian style with a few cooked extras like eggs, bacon and sausage. The only thing we felt was lacking was the warm Italian welcome. I have lived in Italy and worked in hotels there and I felt the staff were not enjoying what they do.

Good Value, Helpful Staff
Booked this hotel jointly with BA tickets - it was in a good location and was very good value. The street outside was busy, but that didn't matter. There were good bus routes into town and the coast. It was about a 20 minute walk to the 'Centro Storico'. Breakfast was ok.
