Felt like Royalty
From when we first pulled up at the hotel we felt like royalty. The bell stand assisted us with unloading our luggage and parking our vehicle. The front desk personnel were so polite and courteous, and referred to us Mr. & Mrs. the entire check in process. The hotel is gorgeous in the lobby and other areas. The room was fabulous with downtown view of the city, and well equipped with room amenities. Definitely visit the St. Louis arch while you're there, as it is directly across the street within in walking distance. My son and I played catch with a baseball for hours in the park at the base of the Arch. Great destination for the entire family. The hotel restaurants are also worth a visit with great food and service. Can't say enough good things about the Hyatt. We will definitely return and refer others.

Nice place to stay
Went with the family at the end of the summer. Nice place to stay and perfect location. All you would expect from the Hyatt. Parking was a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, but we found an all-day garage close by that was reasonable price. Would stay here again.

Good stay in St. Louis
I really like the Hyatt chain. IMO, it's one of the better 4 star chains out there. The service was great and there was close by cheap parking at the Crowne Plaza. The only issue I had with my room was that the shower floor was incredibly slick. I had to put a towel down on the floor to prevent myself from taking a fall. Management may want to take a look at that. Other than this one thing, the stay was great and the room was very clean.

Excellent All Around
This Hyatt is doing everything right, and my experience was 100% positive. It's a great location, near the Arch and Busch Stadium. There is plenty going on in the hotel, and it's a good place to meet people and be social. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Typical Hyatt, no surprises
Nice hotel in good location right by the Arch. Rooms were clean as were the lobby and restaurant areas. Staff friendly. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was good, dinner there not so exciting--go elsewhere.
