birthday weekend getaway
I was here for my birthday weekend March 2013. The hotel is in a great location right in the middle of times square. The hotel itself is small, I mean even the elevators are small. I had a double twin room which was again small. thankfully we only really slept and changed clothes here. The beds were true twin size, tv was small bathroom was small, the view was a rooftop full of trash. the lobby smelled like chinese food never went to the bar, but again the location was perfect and that makes staying here worthwhile. I would stay here againonly because of the great location.

Great location and decent hotel
We got off to a bad start with hotel room, tiny, no space to swing a midget cat, lights not working, poor decor, a wall as a view and noisyGreat recovery. Upgraded us to a room next day... No chargeAnd the staff could not have been nicer... Everything we asked we received the best service possibleIf all hotels could take the same approach then it would enhance people's stay Basics such as where is... Or whats the best way too.... Perfect location for a city break NYC
Stayed at this hotel for 4 days whilst on a city break in New York. Fantastic location, friendly staff, a stones throw from Times Square and all the sights. Smart lobby, rooms a little shabby and small but good for a budget break. And free ice machines too! Which is bliss when the mercury is hitting 100 outside. Would stay again.

Location is the only good thing.
We tried to check in before 3pm, the staff were rude and there was not a chance that they would allow for that. I've stayed in over a hundred hotels worldwide and i've never had that issue before.Walking into the lobby I was rather excited, it looked very modern, clean, and exciting. Finally got into the room after 3pm and was very disappointed. Old, run down, not really that clean and the noise coming through the dodgy old windows was impressively loud. I've never come across such rude receptionist too. Being so close to times square was brilliant but the hotel was bad. Wouldn't stay here again.

it was ok
The room was ok, they provide you everything u need such as a safe, Jacuzzi etc..., but it was old and some are dirty and broken. When I came back to my room late afternoon I felt humid that came out from the bath. The good thing is only location that I like Oh... and restaurants next door. Receptionist was helpful when I asked for any recommendation but I don't like the bell boys who are unfriendly. He asked me do I need a taxi while I looked at the address, he suddenly said go and wait outside call your own taxi. It was fine for me but what is the point for asking.
