Not fabulous
Front desk staff were either very new and untrained or just didn't give a jot. No overnight dry cleaning service (I got dry cleaning done overnight in Ethiopia!) and the dry cleaning we did get not back at stated time of 6.30pm so I had to go to dinner without a jacket. Asked for fan in bathroom to be fixed and request ignored. Bed uncomfortable in that he "king" is actually two single beds bolted together.

Not worth the money
At the Euston Hilton, you get very little value for the money, rooms are small, noisy (it feels like you are standing on the street regarding the noise level), the elevator system is the worst I've seen. Nice breakfast buffet and clean but you'd better consider the Hilton Islington.

Not a Hilton more of a Hilton Garden Inn. . . Even that may be a tad generous
Coming of a marvelous stay in London this hotel was a complete let down and not what I imagined to be a Hilton hotel. The rooms are tiny and the furniture and fixtures old. The whole fit out is like a run down motel. The corridor coming to the rooms were narrow and musty. My room had another window pane missing so it was single glaze. Thus you could hear the traffic and worse the sirens of police cars and ambulance. if i had a Pound for every siren I heard I could have paid for my room. The heating/cooling was antiquated and dirty. I had two rooms one was permanently fixed at 20c and the other although at 23c was very warm.The rag that made up for a curtain was gritty. The curtain railings fall off if you're not careful. This is a really really dated hotel in need of a ton of refurbishment. Service for me was a bit hit and miss. There were some staff who were really great and some not so. The breakfast never changes but one of the staff overheard my son saying so and volunteered to make him some waffles. A really thoughtful and nice change. The buffet breakfast isn't plentiful by Asian standards its the run of the mill bacon, eggs, sausages, baked beans and black pudding. I think the guys managing the breakfast are excellent. Very friendly and personable. I agree with another reviewer that this is a really great team. The front desk had some spots of sunshine but there was also one or two rather surly staff. If this isn't Hilton owned they may want to consider dropping it if the Owner doesn't agree to refurbishing it as this will only hurt their brand. If they own it then shame on them. . .

Welcome back Mr Wilson
As a member of a huge international chain The Euston Hilton ticks all the normal boxes. However whether you are a first time visitor or a returning guest you are assured of a warm welcome from the front of house staff. This excellent service level then continues on through all the hotel's departments. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and after a somewhat disappointing meal in the restaurant I was rung in my room by the chef, who apologised profusely. The next night he came up from the kitchen to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. So there maybe the odd hiccup (they happen in every organisation), but everyone from the manager to housekeeping bend over backwards to ensure the problem is corrected and something is done to recompense the visitor for the inconvenience.I stay in London on a frequent basis and I choose this hotel over all the others for this wonderful level of service.Thanks Team Euston!

Haphazard Approach
It's a great location, literally 5 mins walk from Euston station, off the busy main Euston Road, so a little more peaceful. At ¿¿90 for a Friday night in school holidays in central London for 2 of us B&B I was very pleased. Check-in was swift but an upgrade which should have been offered wasn't, despite being gold status in HHonors. No big deal I thought, as the hotel could well have been full. Get to the room, which was booked as a twin to find that the beds had been pushed together & made up as a double. This meant there was only 1 bedside table plus the switches for the lights were in the middle of the double bed. I still don't fully understand why this was done. The room itself was fine. It ticked the boxes for what was required - perhaps a little dull (1st floor looking into the dining room conservatory) and a bit musty/stale smelling as the aircon system was, to be kind, a touch antiquated & underpowered, and there was no way to get fresh outside air in as the window was into the restaurant. As ever there were insufficient power sockets to have the kettle & 2 phones charging at the same time. Whoever is in charge of the staff at breakfast - they deserve an award for how they motivate their team & run a very tight efficient operation. Service there was friendly, personal, with a smile & at the same time invisible when it had to be. Special orders which weren't available on the plentiful buffet were quickly & painlessly prepared & delivered. I just find it quite odd that some parts of the hotel can work so superbly, yet others don't seem to work at all - perhaps it's down to the leadership.
