Oh no
We first showed up and everything was fine. But Friday night cops arrived to arrest a drugged out twenty year old. And I am 9 months pregnant so this made me a little nervous. The managers were nice and respectful. The lobby and rooms were clean. Saturday night cops arrived again. And before this inccident men kept asking my boyfriend if he had drugs. While the cops were here they weren't loud and bothersome. So in all together the folks who run this place should really watch who they let in.

Busness travel s STAY AWAY
Stayed one night, woke up with Bed bug bites on both arms, back and forehead. I'll will not be returning to this location ever. Talked to the front desk lady and told her what happened. She never even said I'm sorry. nothing. If you travel to this location stay across the street, but don't stay here unless you want bed bugs. Unfortunitly after I stayed here I read a review from anothe traveler and they also got bed bugs.

Great Room, Even Better Service !
I stayed a few nights at Red Roof on business, I was greeted by Hannah upon check in. She was very kind and helpful. They didn't have the 1st floor as I requested, but Hannah assured me the 3rd floor rooms she assigned me was renovated, clean and very nice. It certainly was ! Not only was the staff was very helpful but the room was beautiful !

Great Value!
Chicago-home, Hoffman Estates-job, two nights-snow storm! My stay at this Red Roof Inn was comforting, pleasant and convinent! I slept well, had tea, watched a little HBO and read my Kindle! I was very satisfied with my room and the staff made me feel welcome! I would recommend co workers, friends and family, to this Red Roof Inn! The value is exceptional and with plenty of nearby restuarants, you just can't beat the savings. I will sleep here again!

Great experience!
The room was clean and great sized for the price. Its was quite thru the night despite being right off the expressway! Great value wonderful experience! I will definitely be staying here frequently as i travel to the area quite often!
