Great hotel
This is a small friendly hotel. In a quiet location but few minutes walk to metro stations and walking distance to galleries Lafayette. Rooms were very clean, with free mini bar of soft drinks and a free safe to use, TV and wifi and coffee making facilities. Rooms were a little warm but we just opened windows, our room looked over breakfast room so was very quiet.Continental breakfast nice, only about 5 or 6 tables though. Tea time buffet was good but exactly the same the three nights we had it, didn't mind though, consisted of bread, couscous, cheeses, pasta salad and cold meats.only 4 tables to eat tea time buffet at but never any problem getting one. Also free use of computer in reception. Kept our bags in reception after we checked out. Great hotel, friendly staff, would definitely stay again!

Not really 4 star
The location was good. The hotel was clean. The room was fine. The staff were friendly and very helpful.But it didn't meet 4 star standards. It was early May and the room was hot, but the air-conditioning was not yet available. Leaving the window open cooled the room, but was noisy. The breakfast space was hopelessly inadequate for the numbers using it. The lift was very small. There was little public space.

Nice location, free soft drinks and breakfast!
The location is unbeatable! It is really closed to several subway stations. Lafayette is 10-15 minutes away by walk. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is not that many choices, but it's good for me.There is only one cons: wifi in the room. The wifi is soooo weak that I can barely use it in the bed.

Great Hotel for a Paris Break
just back from a long weekend In Paris. We found the Hotel exactly what we needed for a first stay in Paris - conveniently located, friendly staff, good rooms, nice litte touches such as free soft drink mini bar and a glass of champagne. We arrived early via Eurostar and left our bags at about 10am, the man on reception was very helpful and we were quickly on our way. The local area has some nice bars and good restaurants and with two very close metros travel around the city is very easy. I know I sound like a Brit abroad but the TV had BBC1 and 2! I would definitely book again and I even had a smile from the breakfast lady (perhaps she reads the reviews?) - thanks to all the staff in the hotel

Great location and stay. ...
My wife and I stayed for a week here last week. Cannot find fault at all.....staff all understood our English thiugh my wife used conversational French at every opportunity. Breakfast was busy only 1 morning....you get a typical continental breakfast so those people complaining about a full English fry up can forget it. ...we ate as much as we wanted. By the way the girl at breakfast was called Rachel. .she was actually quite pleasant once you got talking to her ... reception staff excellent. .location 100%...Place de Clichy station has a main line...will get u anywhere with minimal changes and a bit of forward planning. ..loads of eating places nearby and a multi screen cinema for a wet night...original english soundtracks....all in all we can thoroughly recommend this hotel. ...you don't go on holiday to sit in your room..youll get fed..showered a good nites sleep to start the next day. ...Thanks to all.
