Best Hotel in our 2 weeks in Italy!!

What a great gem near Venice!!!!This hotel is just perfect; specially when you go to Venice (where all the rooms are small, old and very expensive). I have to thank Miguele for all his support during our stay; he just went out of his way to make us have a great stay, also Alice was very helpful with the booking of the room.The rooms are decorated perfectly with a modern touch and the bed was the most comfortable one that we had in 2 weeks in Italy. The food at the hotel was the best we had in Venice, so I would just eat there if you get back from Venice before the close the restaurant (10:30 pm).The only drawback was getting there the first day, as it was difficult to identify which bus stop was the one for the bus going toward Padova, but after that it was all good. Loved the fact that it was away from the crowds from Venice which can become overwhelming.If you don¿¿¿t mind a 20 -25 minute bus drive each way, this defiantly has no competition when staying in Vencice.

Yes! A Sweet Suite away from the crowd

After a day in the crowds of Venice it's a relief to come home to this nice little villa in the country. It's an easy bus ride to/from town, seriously, easy. Staff are great. Rooms are terrific. And since you're not in Venice proper, you will have saved a bundle, so go ahead and upgrade to one of the suites and stretch out. (We did!)We will definitely stay here again as they found a nice balance.

wholehearted recommendation

my girlfriend and i stayed here at the beginning of may, and we can't sing their praises loudly enough. though the hotel is a little outside venice, it didn't at all prove an inconvenience, with a bus stop right by it with regular service into venice. the staff were incredible, possibly the most accomodating people i have ever met. the quality of personal service here was nothing short of excellent. they were very helpful with all aspects of the trip, with suggestions of things to do and places to see. they went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable. the restaurant was also excellent, the breakfasts were a delight and the rooms were ideal. i'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting near venice

Absolute gem of a hotel

Fabulous stay here. Ideal if you want to do more than Venice or just be away from the crazy tourist hordes for a bit if peace. Unfair to review this based on location - it is not in Venice and you know that when you book it! Transport links are excellent - the bus stop is opposite the hotel. Plus if you hire a car it's dead easy to get around. We went to Lake Garda, Treviso, Padua and Jeloso during our trip as well as into Venice several times. We also borrowed the hotel bikes and explored the river and my husband found some amazing running routes - which you will of course never get in Venice!More importantly, this hotel is much better value than you will get in the city. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The restaurant is superb - far better than we ever had in Venice. Most importantly, the staff are exceptional and really made our holiday. They hired a car for us, booked restaurants, gave us local tips on parking (massively useful!) and were the sunniest loveliest team of folk. I was surprised to see a complaint from another reviewer about one of the staff not speaking English. He did speak some actually, and was completely lovely, just like the rest of the team, but that's hardly the point. This hotel is in ITALY. Not sure i need to say more...In summary, I can't recommend this place enough. You will be treated like royalty. Go.

Charming Boutique Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for the second phase of our honeymoon. I was initially attracted to the hotel due to the good reviews and the contemporary bedrooms. The hotel did not disappoint, very clean and modern rooms plus the staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good food too. Just a short bus ride (20 min) from outside the hotel to central Venice. Would stay again without hesitation
