Fabulous spa and restaurant
The staff were highly attentive.The restaurant staff in particular were exceptionally professional and courteous and the cuisine absolutely superb .... compliments to the chef! There were however large groups of rowdy inconsiderate guests, they were even shouting in the private 'relaxation' room! The reception kindly took care of it for us, I just wish we had notified them sooner.

Brilliant stay
Stayed here for two nights in April on special deal for secret escapes. Good value. Great room. Brilliant comfortable bed and good, varied breakfast. Staff very helpful. Near tube and big shopping centre in Shepherds Bush. Would happily go again if we could get a deal as v expensive otherwise. Recommend.

Relatively good hotel
We checked in at K west hotel on Friday the 3rd of May, Check in was smooth, our room was quite big and a lot of play area for the kid, the hotel is situated in a quiet street near the Westfield shopping mall and underground and close to all the shops, will definitely recommend the hotel to any leisure traveller

Quiet and convenient
We liked this hotel right away becasue the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious (with coffee and kettle), and it's closer to the Tube than we had thought - maybe 2 minutes to Shepherd's Bush, which gives access to the city centre. I had some of the best nights' sleep I've ever had in a hotel here, and breakfast was tasty, reasonable and plentiful (continental ¿¿8.50, cooked a few pounds more). The only thing we weren't sure of - and it's very minor ! - was the general brown colour in the corridors, but everywhere else is bright and clean. It's also just across the road from Westfields shopping centre if you're there on a spree. We'll certainly check it out again next time.

Good location & value for seeing the city
This hotel, like many in the area can seem a bit pricey, however, this hotel was in a great location (2-3 minutes of the train, subway and bus stations) which made it ideal for getting around the city for my family. Also, many restaurants within 10 minutes or less walking distance if you want to dine outside the hotel.Big bonus is that this hotel is in a residential area, so the streets are very quiet in the evening and though it's close to all the mass transportation hubs, its also far enough away not to suffer from any noise.Would stay here again and recommend it to anybody that wants a nice hotel at a decent rate with a great (and quiet) location.
