Last minute room and good service
I didnt book in advance, turned up on spec and was given a fair deal for a single room. The room was cozy enough and warm, Flat screen TV, and a clean powerful shower and towels although toilet on the landing and a bit poky. I would stay again if the price was right as the location is excellent and close to the West End and Victoria station 5-10 minutes nice walk.Good breakfast with choice of cereal ,toast croissants cakes etc and so I was pleased.

Quite a surprise!
Stayed overnight at this Hotel on a business trip to London for a conference in the city on 24 April 2013. It had been booked by a colleague for ¿¿59 from Laterooms... obviously I was a little nervous as to what we would find on the day as it seemed very cheap for London. The Hotel is well located close to both Victoria and Pimlico underground stations just a few minutes walk from either. When we checked in we had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to us at the desk, but she apologised for the short wait when she did arrive and appeared efficient and friendly. We got rooms on the ground and fourth floors, I took the ground floor room which was room 9... still a little tentative about what it would turn out like I made my way to the room... The room was nicely sized and had two single beds and seemed well presented. At first I thought it had no toilet or bathroom as I'd noticed a toilet in the corridor near the room as I walked to it... but I found the bathroom/toilet behind what looked like a cupboard door it was quite small but was a 'wet room' and contained toilet, sink and a shower. After a warm day in London I made good use of the shower and the towels provided were excellent quality. The room also had a Kettle and tea and Coffee, unlike one of the previous revoews I had two or three teabags and a couple of coffees with plenty of sugars etc. There was also a TV with remote and the room was very cosy and comfortable and warm... even though the radiator was switched off it was quite warm in the room. When i tried to open the windows I found it has secondary glazing installed and the original outer windows were a bit old some stuck shut by old layers of pain and the large centre window was chained together with a padlock... however I got it open a few inches which was enough to let in some cooler air.The Hotel is situated in the middle of lots of places to eat and drink within just a few yards and out to a decent walk, it's London after all. The bed was firm but comfortable and i had a decent nights sleep. The breakfast is obtained from the breakfast room in the basement of the hotel and this was a bit of a test... quite a few people all trying to get stuff at the same time with cereals and cook your own toast machines etc, it felt a bit like I imagine life to be living in a squat... so we just decided to grab a glass of orange and plan to find food later.Checkout was also friendly and efficient. On the whole a good experience which was unexpected solely based on the price... just goes to show... This hotel does have some quality and would be an excellent base for anyone wanting a base in London. For the price it was a gem... Thanks to owners and staff for a good experience

Fab Stay In Pimlico
Had to stay one night here and can't really fault it apart from some very minor quibbles. There could be more than 1 tea bag in the room.Surely this can't add to costs too much.Secondly, it was a bit of a scrum at breakfast time.Having said that it ticked all the right boxes in all the important matters.Great location, spotlessly clean, cheery helpful staff, and a good breakfast.Great price for such a location and the room although small was adequate for my needs. When staying in Central London, who spends much time in the room anyway? Abi.It was nice to meet you and all the best for the future. If I visit again I'll take you up on the offer.Paul form Lancaster.

Great for tourism
I liked this hotel. The location is very convenient. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. The room I had was tiny but with enough space for everything I needed, and everything worked properly (tv, lights, bathroom, hair dryer). If you are planning to spend more time in the hotel then it might be too small, but it is great if you need it only for a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great budget hotel in a Great Location
We were there for 1 nights in March. We were staying a few doors down at the Victoria House but they were booked for one night so we moved here. The room was great. We had a large room--very high ceilings--and are large bathroom with a bathtub. The room clean and everything was in working order. Coffee maker provided in room. Also, free breakfast was nice. Basic, but enough to keep you full until lunch. Best thing about this hotel is price and location. It is a very easy walk to both Victoria Station and Pimlico station. There are also a lot of pubs and restaurants close by. The CASK Pub serves great Cask beers and is a few blocks away. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great price for a good location in London as well, only $100 US dollars/night when we were there.
