Perfectly situated for Londons west end theatres and British museum, near Oxford circus, covent garden and all attractions. The hotel is friendly, immaculate, good value for money. The staff cannot do enough to make your visit more enjoyable.

Brillinat Location for West End shows. Staff are very helpful & attentive. Breakfast was superb. Cannot find any fault with this hotel, highly recommended. No Tubes needed if staying in the show area or shopping at oxford Street. will be returning soon

Simple things make all the difference
I actually booked this hotel as one of the Last Minute Top Secret Deals. I like Radisson Hotels and have stayed in many of them over the years. There is something about London Hotels though and it's the same with Marriott and other major hotel groups, in that they don't match the standards of hotels in other cities around the world. There seems to be a culture of cost saving and squeezing every last penny out of the hotel and out of the guests.Anyway, first of all, the intial impressions of the hotel were good and the check-in staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The hotel though is one of these converted old buildings with tight corridoors and small rooms. The room was adequate but I would not have wanted to stay for more than one night. One annoying little point was that I could not find a pen and note pad when I needed one. This is a simple thing, but most hotels provide these in the most convenient place - i.e. next to the phone. For London it was good value for money, but not the best Radisson in the city. My room was also very noisy being next to the main road.

Always a good choice
I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times on business and I am never let down.Great location - within a stone's throw of Tottenham Court tube and easy to walk to Covent Garden and Oxford StFood and bar good - service is always promptRooms always clean. Some are quite small but once you've stayed a few times and racked up some points, you'll always get an upgrade

Friendly hotel, great location.
I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting London on business. On arrival I found the staff to be really friendly and extremely helpful and check in was hassle free. I stayed in a single room on the 3rd floor overlooking Bloomsbury Avenue. The room was small to say the least but really comfortable, clean and well equipped. The shower cubicle was tiny but hot and powerful. The location is great, just a short walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station, the Dominion Theatre and Oxford Street. The room service menu was quite basic but the food was great and service really efficient. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice on the hot and cold buffets. The restaurant staff were really attentive and helpful. There was an issue on checking out when the lock broke on my door and I was unable to collect my things. The concierge was exceptionally helpful when trying to overcome this. Understanding that I was late for my meeting, he arranged a taxi and prepared my bill while maintenance staff dealt with opening my door (eventually using a hammer and chisel) This was not the fault of the hotel but they really couldn't be more helpful in resolving this for me. I would definitely stay here again.
