Excellent!
I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a 2 day company conference. From the time that I arrived to check in to the time that I checked out was flawless. There was over 350 employees attending the conference all held within the hotel. We never wanted for anything. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were absolutely above expected hotel quality-so comfortable!!! The breakfast and lunch buffet was very good. They offered a great variety of food and refreshments. Between every vendor we had coffee, tea, water, and snacks to keep you going all day. The hotel staff was very nice and so accommodating. The check out was quick and painless. It took less then 5 minutes even with all of us checking out within an hour of each other. I would recommend and stay at this hotel anytime. It made the conference a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Clean and great location
This is a very nice Sheraton and convenient for everything I needed as a business traveler. Close to the highway, my office and restaurants. Room service was very fast and the food was great. I continue to stay here exclusively when in Canada

Stayed one night
Ok so truth be told I stayed part of one night.When you want to stay overnight or just a nice hotel for some privacy because the kids are home, this is a good hotel.Your woman will be impressed (Don't do a motel or holiday inn).The hotel was spacious, clean and comfortable.We did waste the complimentary breakfast.I even liked the wink the woman at the desk gave us when we left at 2:00am.This is a good choice!

Clean, Updated, Quiet
I stayed here for one night for business, and there is a fair amount of construction going on which made navigating to the hotel at night a little challenging. It is in a big parking lot shared by a Best Western and other businesses, and the parking lot has clearly seen better days. (Parking, however, is free.) The hotel lobby is nice but a little small. The room was updated, clean, and quite. I saw in the elevator that they had a spa, but I didn't have a chance to try that or the fitness room. A modified continental breakfast was also included in the room price, and the selection was very nice. I do not frequent Toronto, so I am not familiar with Richmond Hill and if this is a business area, used for meetings, etc. So, I don't know if it is "out of the way" or just a ways from the Toronto city center.

Great stay
I just got back from a trip witch required me to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. The gift shop is small and VERY pricy. The rooms are a nice size and super clean! The beds were increadably comfy! The housekeeping staff do a great job as this whole hotel is spotless! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heart beat!
