A pleasant stay
We were there for a convention, because I couldn't get an exchange for my timeshare. It's been along time since I stayed in a hotel. But i Thought my stay here with my wife and son was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, didn't smell smoky. The bed and the A/C gave us a nice sleep. It was located in a very convenient place not far from the convention site and the lightrail platforms. I will definitely be staying there again when I'm in the Long Beach Area. Ash, one of the mgrs there was very friendly and helpful in giving directions and I hope he remains on by the time we get back.

Horrific
Unclean bathroom, mildew shower curtain, hole in comforter, sheets were dingy, pillows worn out, blankets had lint balls and worn out, armoire door hanging on 1 hinge, carpet was nasty, customer service was very poor, was not greeted, when I arrived and no thank you when checked out it took the guy 20 min to arrive to the desk to check me out, I rung the bell, and called from my cell phone. When he came he never apologized for the wait

I WAS LEARY....
I booked this room cause the price was decent for a Jacuzzi room to relax in. The surrounding area was pretty sketchy and let's just say I had to double lock my room. I had a downstairs room and the people upstairs sounded like they were literally jumping up and down all night. I went to complain at 4am but there was no one available. So I called the police to come out. There are no bars in walking distance. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't the cleanest and I was only given 2 towels to use. I will not be returning the this establishment any time soon.

Do not stay here! Spiders and crickets!
This place is disgusting. Made a reservation for two beds, got talked into so called upgrading to a room with a jacuzzi to find out that now we only have one bed. Left to come back to sliders and crickets in the bathroom. No possible way we could stay there. As we checked out only a few hours of checking in- find another family complaining about there room and show us their room. Hair dye stains all over the counters. Blood or some other nasty substance on the walls. Will never return here.

Long Beach Days Inn
The rooms were okay. The door to my bathroom was slightly off it's henge and hard to close. The second day we had to ask for towel because when they cleaned our room they didn't put new ones in. The breakfast was just cereal and toast. The milk for the cereal was bad both days I was there. However, the staff was friendly.
