Not as convenient as you might think
Thought I'd stay in the airport to catch an early flight, but if you stay in this hotel, you have to share a shuttle with other nearby hotels (5 of them), and it takes a while to pick you up and bring you to the airport. So, it's not very convenient. Especially when you arrive, you're better off to take a cab ($20). The hotel description implies you can walk to restaurants, but those are also not very near. Rooms look ok, but are marginal. During one stay, the room had soiled bedlinen. During the other stay, the room was heavily perfurmed with air freshener or something similar. Not enticing. I don't think the place deserves the accolades of other reviews.

Amazing Surprise
We were looking for a hotel near the airport for the night before a flight out of SFO. Reid at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in and gave us directions to the CalTrain, since we had baseball tickets that night. The room was nicely appointed, but the bathroom could have used a towel rack, shelf and soap dish, as there was not much counter space. We had the room fan on all night, so weren't disturbed by either street or airport noise. The breakfast was the typical Choice Hotels continental breakfast, but with actual dishes, silverware and glasses. The breakfast room was pretty and even had tableclothes. Instead of the usual airport shuttle, they use a cab service. We had to wait a little while, but better than sitting on a shuttle that is making numerous stops
