For us to bring you these great deals, we can't give you the hotel or street address until after you book. Hotel rates change all the time, generally based on availability and demand. Rooms at these low rates do move fast, so it's important to act quickly when you see a rate you like or risk losing it. All rooms booked on Hotwire will accommodate the appropriate number of guests in each room, based on the total number of guests you provided and the number of rooms you requested. Once your booking is made and Hotwire gives you the name of the hotel, you can call the hotel directly with any special requests. Our partners are willing to help whenever possible, but the ability to accommodate special requests may be subject to availability. You can book up to six hotel rooms at one time. (Remember that by selecting the maximum, you're limiting your search results.) We cannot guarantee that all guests will stay in rooms next to or near each other.

When a booking consists of multiple room reservations, they will all be held under the guest name indicated at the time of your booking. If you would like to have the additional room(s) reserved under a name other than the one you originally indicated, please call the hotel after booking (but before checking in) to change the name(s) for the other rooms. Hotels will not allow guests to check in to a room unless it is either listed under the name of the individual indicated at the time of booking or the guest is accompanying that person at check-in.
