Only for location !!
If you have a kids, book this hotel .. Simply, the hotel is in the middle of no where good location only for disney land.Free shuttle bus was great idea, and the shuttle dropped you as well near the metro station, where you can visit down town for a 15¿¿ for a round trip for one day.Only wifi at the lobby therefore you'll find the lobby full until late time. Poor breakfast.

4 Star? Not on my radar!
Nasty polycotton bedding, poor matressess and pillows, Room not cleaned for 2 days out of 4 night stay and when asking for help with this at reception told to go to the back of the queue of a coach party checking in. Maybe 1km as crow flies to disneyland but much further by road and the coach shuttle is good but not frequent enough. Oh and yes, brought the kids swimming stuff to use the lovely looking pool only to learn that it would cost 90 euro for the 4 of us to use the pool that is so prominently displayed on the website.

value for money but not all good
Stayed in a suite 2 adults 2 kids, good location for Disney only 10 min on free shuttle bus 5 min to Val d'Europe where there's RER station to take you to Paris. Hotel is nice and clean,cleaners did a good job daily, staff are friendly at the buffet but the bar and restaurant area is very small and chaotic at breakfast time with a lot of families it can be stressful. The food was not that nice and the bar menu was very limited which was disappointing because there is nothing else in walking distance and the only other option is to order in pizza which is pretty poor too. Was worried about security because of the other reviews and our safe didn't work but I didn't feel the hotel was unsafe at all.We came from the airport by taxi which cost E70 and we got the taxi drivers card for the return journey, when we asked the receptionist to ring him for us he said he could not because the hotel was affiliated with another taxi company which would cost 70 or 80. We told him that we would order from him if he could guarantee us it would be E70 but when we got to the airport the taxi driver tried to charge us E90. We explained the situation to the driver who rang his boss who had heard no such arrangement and eventually haggled him down to E80. it was disappointing because the receptionist was really smug and dismissive, we might have scored the place higher but this was the last impression of the hotel and it left a bitter taste in our mouths

Value for money but not 4 star as we know it
I want to write an honestly balanced review here as there are such mixed reviews already. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there is a bus service to local town and disneyland. This is a mini shuttle and often does not cater enough for the crowds in the morning and evenings. Many people are left waiting for the bus to come around next loop which can be more than an hour at times. If you are waiting for the bus, there is usually a mad scramble to get on it as Europeans don't seem to know the concept of queuing...for anything. If you can cope with this then it's a useful tool as parking will be expensive at the Disney parks. You can however park at the local shopping centre and walk into town for free. Arrival and check in we're simple and we were given key card to room. Our room was on the second floor and side of the building so was probably a little quieter than facing the front, but the wooden floors throughout each room meant we could hear the people above us walking around all the time we were in the room. She seemed to insist on heels late at night.. The room was modern but it looked like it had been finished by an skilled hand as nothing really looked 4star, just cheap. I was glad for the hob and fridge in the room, but expected a cooker which disappointed me. I'd rather cooker than the dishwasher in the room!The free wifi and Internet is useful but not in the room if you have an ipad or iPhone as there is only Ethernet connectivity. Better than nothing though for the price. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. We paid 350 quid for 2 adults and a toddler 5 nights without breakfast (wanted16 euros..each per day!) using a secret hotel deal. Can't grumble for the price but we won't go back there, just want to try somewhere different next time. If you're prepared for the bus and don't expect 4 star resort, as few really are in this price range then it is good value.

Great hotel
Hi I highly recommend this hotel great price and great location the staff were very friedly and the room was great and clean so handy to have a kitchenette with fridge microwave and kettle and the hotel offer a great shuttle service to val d Europe shopping centre and Disney parks I wasn't sure we're to get the shuttle to hotel to ask in the tourist office near train station in Disney they were very helpful it's just a 2 minute walk from train station just go trough first security gates turn left trough second small security and you will see a roundabout just wait there the shuttle comes every 20 minutes the only problem with hotel was wi fi was only in lobby only but there is wired Internet in the rooms but overall great hotel and staff I would diffently stay again can't wait to book again
