Not acceptable for many reasons
Where to begin? I will start with the positive. This property has large spaces with kitchen and full fridge, dishwasher etc. Now the not so good:1. Out in the middle of nowhere, literally in a cow pasture. If you do not rent a car you are going to be stuck trying to get around. It is a terrible location.2.The reception is only open from 17h to 20h, and only weekdays, if you need anything you are out of luck. There are also no instructions for the phone, never could figure out how to get outside line.3. Nothing seemed to work, ie, heaters, towel warmers, fans etc.4. Hot water cut off at night, so if you want a shower you are out of luck.5. No soap or towels in kitchen, very basic supplies, if you want to cook good luck!Basically I would not recommend this place at all!!

Was OK
Set my expectations low but was reasonably surprised Stayed in worse but also Stayed in better and had to pay for the privilege. It is what it is for the moneyYou need to use the car however to go out and the walls were very thin making it noisy when the neighbours came in The receptionist was a interesting chap though.

Choose to stay elsewhere
This place is a disaster. We got a 3 story unit, which had stickers all over the entire units walls, beds, windows and doors. There were mystery stains on the OLD carpet in the bedrooms, as well as mystery stains on all of the duvet covers. Patio furniture is nonexistant, beside some broken wooden chairs on the ground of the patio. The kitchen was disgusting and the countertop did not even fit the counter to which is was placed. This forced us to go to the nearest market and purchase cleaner so that we could sanitize all surfaces, utensils, and fixtures throughout the entire unit. The flooring had mystery stains as well, but could not locate a mop to clean this, so we just wore shoes the entire stay. The internet is a joke. We had to, along with the neighboring units, prop our computers outside the kitchen window to get one single bar of internet, simply to check email. This place was an embarassment, but could not find another place to stay after checking in during peak summer Disney Paris season. Save your money, go elsewhere!!

Close to Disney but ....
We arrived just after 12.30 pm and reception was closed and did not re open till 3pm and then it was only open till 7 ish . During the closed period you could not enter the gated site, which when travelling from the UK bear that in mind. The property when we eventually got in was large but basic, with an overwhelming smell of damp. The properties are not well maintained and the ensuite shower was unbelievable.You had a shower then had to mop the floor as there was no screen/tray it was supposed to be a wet room but the water if not mopped would flood the bedroom. The swimming pool as advertised had been closed for sometime due to health issues and they were still awaiting permission to re open.Choose somewhere else is my suggestion.
