Business hotel
We stayed here for two nights in may. We had booked 3rooms. This hotel is not for family. Yes it is a budget hotel with no bell boys. We had tough time in handling the luggage all by our selves.... Water too is chargeable.... Rooms are very tiny.... Don't think about placing extra bed in the rooms....

clean and comfy
Stay here with friends and family for 4 nights. The staff was helpful, they speak a good english. The hotel was nice and clean and the room was spacious, the bathroom was also clean. The one thing that need improvement is the breakfast, because i think the food wasn't taste that good enough. The hotel is close to malls and also close to Luo hu train station. There are lot of good restaurants around. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel,

Nice Clean Comfortable
Stayed here for four nights with family of eight, we had taken four rooms facing the beautiful skyline of Shenzhen. The rooms are of a decent size, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are nice & clean. Breakfast is very average, as the menu was same for all 4 days which is very negative. As everyone knows the Holiday Inn express is more like a service apartments, no in room dinning, no swimming pool etc. It is good for tourists like us, as we leave after breakfast & come back late evening for a nice shower and comfortable beds to rest. Over all nice place with super comfortable rooms.

Good hotel for short stay
The hotel is a simple and clean hotel ideal for short stays, perfect for transit stays. The location is not bad but you will not be at the centre of all the action in Luohu. The service is ok. There's a vending machine for water and sorts at the reception lobby and a business center if you need to check your mails and do some office stuffs. Wi-fi and wired internet is available for free in the rooms.All in all, it's a simple hotel that is good value for money.

Customer service nonexistent
We stayed here overnight. Yes, I do know it is a budget hotel but in my mind it is still a hotel and that every business requires a little hospitality. We checked in at 1am in the morning. On approach to the check in desk I offered a greeting to the two receptionists and asked which one would check us in. The male pointed to the female and we proceeded to her part of the desk. She started to check us in while having an agruement with the male as to why he could not have checked us in. Then when she preauthed our credit card she placed the receipt in front of us and just said sign! No please or thank you. We did not feel welcomed at all.Breakfast was not much better. We had no contact with any staff member at all. No smiles, nothing.Room was clean, beds a bit hard. Shower fantastic. Would stay again but was dissapointed with level of customer service
