comfort room
I stayed at best western felicity hotel on march 1-5 2013. The room was big and clean. The bed and the pillow was comfort. And the toilet doesn't had bad smell. The breskfast was just ok, the staff need to improve their english. Overall tgd hotel was good and near by the shopping center.

A fraction of the price of the nearby Shangri La and very good value. Spacious rooms although a little worn around the edges but tidy and always clean but this is not a 5 star hotel. . Good Value - close to trainstation
I got a good price at around 50 Euros, so I think it was good value.Good:- Rooms ok and clean, although a bit small- Walking distance to train station & bus station- Good priceNot so Good: - A bit dated - Lots of "Massage" girls approaching you when you try to enter the hotel in the night- Still need a taxi to get you somewhere in this big city

Comfotable but tired
Spent 4 days on business here. The location is literally right next door to the Lowu border crossing from China to Hong Kong and train station so it is very handy to hong kong and southern china. The one word I would use is "tired". Clean and tidy yes but in need of a makeover. The buffet breakfast was very very basic so we chose to eat outside. the only other slight niggle was that there was very little in the way of seating in the foyer when waiting for a pick up etc there was standing room only.

Walking Distance to Louhu Border
I have stayed here half a dozen times on business and its great for acces to Louhu Shopping centre, the Shenzhen Metro and the Inter City railway to other Chinese Cities , Bus Station and Transit to HK. There is also a shuttle bus from Shenzhen Airport that takes you to a bus station right next to the hotel I think its around 50rmb.A fraction of the price of the nearby Shangri La and very good value. Spacious rooms although a little worn around the edges but tidy and always clean but this is not a 5 star hotel. . Free wired internet LAN connection that hooks you straight in (WIFI is coming to the rooms according to a letter in the room) English TV is very limited one station (1 or 2 stations) and I dont think the pay TV works but I may be wrong. Desk in all rooms.There is a Business centre where you can get advice on Trains , Tickets etc . but their English is usually not too good so you may give up. Concierge is helpfull and will send parcels for you etc.You can get to the Metro and Lohu shopping by either the underpass just turn left out the hotel and cross the road and look for the underpass, this way is the best for the metro or use the overpass turn right out the hotel and go up the stairs to the walkway over the road best for the shopping centre but you can use either way for both. If you have luggage use the underpass.If you are coming from the railway and dont know how to get to the hotel as you come from HK direction look up to the left as you walk for the Large Pink Dentist sign take the steps up to that which will get you to the aformentioned overpass that takes you to the hotel.Meals are good , if you like toast though be prepared to wait for the toaster they need a couple more , the egg chef will overcook the eggs if you ask for easy over.Evening Buffet offers a good selection and worth the $20 if you cant be bothered finding somewhere outside. Plenty of eating places over at Louhu centre 10 mins walk including Maccas and a few other chains.Dont bother with the massage in hotel there are far better places outside.The hotel has seen better days, you will see an illuminated board by the lift showing all the famous people who once stayed here in its heyday, I beleive it was a Hilton or similar formerleyLocal shops to the right as you leavethe hotel are good for beer and snacks at a fraction of mini bar prices The lounge in the lobby area has live music each evening usually a duo I dont find it worth sitting there and you must buy a drink even if you are a hotel guest and it is likely you will be chatted up by lady or 2 of not very high class if you are male!
