Good location for Universal Studio
My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights in May. It is a nice quiet hotel, well appointed rooms, and well maintained. Good value for money and quite close to Universal Studio. Universal city subway station is also close by which will get you almost anywhere in LA for a small price. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We're frequent guests and love the hotel
It is really unusual for us to find fault with our stay. On one occasion we were over the bar and it was pretty noisy. And most recently, our bathroom faucets in both sink and shower were really in need of replacement. My impression is that updating is taking place and management is working as fast as possible on that. Also on this last visit we found that there was a cleanliness issue in the bathroom - totally out of character for this really great place. I'm sure we'll be back again soon.

Convenient Boutique Hotel
A small Hotel, convenient for anyone working in Burbank. The staff are pleasant, the rooms are clean, spacious and set up for the business traveller. The Hotel has the added bonus of a medium sized pool. Located in a quiet residential area across the road you will find a supermarket, coffee shop and breakfast venue.

Who knew I could find a luxury boutique hotel at a reasonable price a short drive from the Burbank Airport and close to my business meetings at nearby media companies .Full size desk in room made working from the hotel a pleasure, since I remained on ET my 3 days there.Bar/lounge had half price appetizers at Happy Hour which made for an inexpensive and tasty dinner one night

5 star hotel with great employees
loved our stay there this week time went too fast ... met a celeb in the lobby.... awesome! bed was perfect... loved ,everything ,,,,bathroom had a issue but got taken care of right away..,,, everyone was very friendly.....great get a way...main reason for trip was taping of ELLEN on tues...... perfect location
