A Terrible Experiance..
Besides the fact that when we arrived the woman at the front desk was completely rude, could not even bring herself to put a smile on her face. When we entered our room it smelt, it was dirty and the bathroom was really quite disgusting with hair still in the sink... Paying $120.00 for this room just to find a comfortable place to rest our heads - was not worth it at all, I would not have paid half that for the room we stayed in.Mean while the floors were dirty to the point we didn't want to take our shoes off. When we decided to get a meal and eat it at the tiny broken desk as the only surface in the room available to use, we left a plastic bag on the table the next day as we checked out early for work, it contained an empty packet of biscuits - their policy is to take a $100 deposit which will be refunded to an account once checking out of the hotel is complete. When I realised they had not done this, I called the rude woman at the front desk to enquiry about this deposit, she was completely unhelpful and then claimed the room was "far too messy" to have our $100 refunded - this was completely ridiculous, and all in all we spend $220 on one of the worst hotel stay experiences we've ever had. I would advise no one to stay there and have done so to all my travelling friends. They have lost some potential regular customers due to provided us with a completely infuriating, rude and terrible experience.

Comfortable stay
I have stayed in this motel many times over the last forty plus years without any issues most recently we were travelling as a group spending four days in Sydney. Ideal location with an easy walk to Lane Cove shops or the bus interchanges for transport to almost anywhere; express buses to the city in less than fifteen minutes. Complementary parking, onsite restaurant for breakfast or evening meals. There is a wide range of eateries within a short distance as well as hotels and takeaway food options.The rooms are clean, serviced daily and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and although close to a main arterial Hwy it is quiet. If you are looking for swish modern, yuppie, pay more dollars and stay elsewhere, this is comfortable and practical; you will go a long way to find a motel as close to the city within the price range offered here. The staff we dealt with were polite and helpful and our check in & out was quick and easy.

Good size room.
We stayed here for one night to be close to RNS hospital. The room we had was a good size. Bed was comfortable, a must for me. Ordered room service, was quite good. We ask for a ground floor room because of our son and he managed it quite well. Bit hard to get to but once you work it out its ok.

OK
The last stop on our pan-Australia trip. We made it to Sydney after a week on the road from WA and we were given a lukewarm welcome to our new hometown. We stayed for a few days while I searched for more permanent digs. It was alright, we dined in the restaurant once and the food was nice but it was lacking atmosphere given we were the only couple in the room. The room was nice, comfortable and clean but that's where the comforts ended. I asked to fax a document, which came to about 20 pages and while I expected the $30 cost I did not expect the receptionist to act like I had asked her to hand-type the document.Another problem I had was my bottle of wine had been topped up with water. I don't know whether the person who had down the turn down had thought it was more full than it was and this stinginess would not be noticed. Thus I was going to get charged for drinking two bottles of wine from the mini bar when I had in fact drank half a one. I was reimbursed this amount when I brought it to their attention upon checkout, but I noticed the lack of surprise or apology when I told them. I hope this is not standard procedure.

Changed my room twice in 3 days and then hotel itself
I have booked it from India for 26 days. Alas could not stay for more than 3 days! This is a motel first of all. From a motel perspective it is not bad. But for someone wanting a hotel experience, it is terrible.One of the receptionist was really mean. They close at 10 PM. I reached at 9:30 and he was behaving as if I committed a crime.Owner of motel is a good person though. They visit your room daily for milk, water etc.Nice bathroom and quiet rooms BUT again far from connectivity and in a cove, literally.
