    Service mind is important
    It is a stunning hotel - nice garden and beautiful historical building, next to Versailles palace. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. There are some points that this hotel can improve further.for instance , waiter and waitress staff should be trained for the customer relation and create friendly atmosphere, like one of a waiter point out that my son (8 year old) should not show signal on his plate that he finished his meal while was not. Coffee and hot milk should offer to customers not that customer should ask for.The concierge staff suggested us to buy 25 euro each for Versailles palace tickets to avoid long queue unfortunately it was not what her say.Wifi is expensive and that is very poor signal.I would rate as 3 when compared with other pricey hotels.

    Must for Versailles!
    We stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary. This hotel is beautiful. The location was great for all Versailles attractions. Our room had a great view and each morning we could hear the music from the fountains at the palace through our 2 balconies in our room. Imagine taking a long bath in what was the largest tub I had ever been in with the french doors to the balcony open listening to classical music. GREAT! The staff was fantasic and very helpful for us non french speaking guests. If you are a Hilton Diamond member and traveling for a special occasion make sure they know. We will come back.

    Excellent location
    We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Versailles. The hotels room are beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to Versailles, the Petite Trianon, the Grand Trianon and the gardens. The service is excellent and the staff members were very warm and friendly. I would stay here again.

    Versailles driving stay
    With a wonderful garden view and immediately next door to the gates of the Grand Trianon, we stayed three days at Versailles' Trianon Palace hotel. A discount was available by purchasing online passes on the evening before our visit, and the cost to drive into the Palais gardens' touring and parking lanes was substantially cheaper ($6) next door to the hotel, than parking at the main entrance to the palace, which is incredibly crowded.The hotel's service, the concierge assistance, the accommodations, and the environment were exceptional and impressive. The Trianon Palace really did feel regal with a splendour that matched the grounds and Versailles palace next door. (Luckily, we saved money on parking overnight, since Saturday after 19:00 until Monday morning is free for street parking in front of the hotel.) Though the bar and restaurant were frequented by patrons downstairs, we were pleasantly in walking distance on the treelined boulevard, near restaurants and cafes just North-West by the roundabout. These all helped make our stay a truly Versailles experience.

    Wonderful stay!
    My husband and I spend the night in Versaille as we were backpacking through Europe. It was his birthday so we thought it'd be fun to stay in a nice place for a day. We had gotten such a good deal for the hotel I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They found out it was my husbands birthday so they upgraded our room to a room with a beautiful view and then they dropped of a birthday dessert. The room was lovely and clean. The pool was refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though we definitely stuck out (they don't get a lot of young couples that are backpacking through Europe coming through). The location was amazing! (Right off the gardens of Versailles.) I have suggested this hotel to everybody since our stay if you want a romantic get away. Before coming to Versaille we had already spent two days in Paris but we enjoyed Versaille more. After all the tour busses leave you can walk to the market and restaurant area for delicious dinner and just sit and enjoy the ombiance. Versaille was only a 30 min RER ride from Paris (6 euros per person) so it was very convenient for getting back into Paris where we had a train to catch. And the hotel was only a 15-20 minute walk from the RER station. All in all a wonderful stay!
