Clean room, slow Internet and no self-served laundry!
Room is clean, quite spacious. Internet is slow or poor reception, I could hardly make a Skype, viber or Line call. I can't believe that US hotel all gave similar problem, is it because of the bandwidth security issue? The most troublesome is without self-served laundry, this is my third week of traveling, the only eat is to fill in the form and pay per pieces.... Over 100 bucks! That's a lot! I think it's ok for short vacation, not for me.

Disappointed. Won't return.
Wow, I'm surprised. I expected more from Hyatt Place. I loved the one in San Jose. This one was run down, needs an upgrade. The service was disinterested. The breakfast was just mediocre. The room was spacious, but had an odor and the decor was pretty outdated. I guess Hyatt Place isn't quite as consistent as a brand as I thought it would be.

Clean,Comfortable,Convenient
I tagged along on my husband's business trip last month. We stayed at the Hyatt Place, Fremont because it's within walking distance from his company's Silicon Valley office.I was very impressed with the level of quality this hotel offers. Here are the reasons...Location is great. It sits next to the 880 which can take you south to San Jose in a matter of 20 minutes.Spacious room. It included a 42" TV, work station, free WiFi, and kitchen area. Clean, comfortable bed and sofa.Yummy breakfast. Lots of choices in the morning with a different hot entree every day, plus the usual cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit, breads etc. They also have a grab-n-go counter with sandwiches, salads, and bakery items that are all fresh.Very attentive staff. There was always a staff member around with a friendly greeting and offer to help.I look forward to the next business trip with hubby because we can stay here.

Great Value and Service!
Hyatts as a general rule are exceptional and this one is no different. The rooms are LARGE and it is very modern. The most positive thing is that it is very clean. The maids do a very good job of replacing used amenities in the room while cleaning very well. Internet is a little slow, however, it is free and you cannot complain. I was on the highway side on the 6th floor and there was not any highway noise. The breakfast was delicious. All foods were very fresh and there were warm biscuits with melted ham egg and cheese. They provide multiple drink selections and the service was very good. Also get the pastries as the are very fresh and tasty.Overall I would rate this very high, the only reason I will not give it a five was due to the internet. The bandwith was not enough to provide a nice picture on Skype.

Another stay at Hyatt Place
What I like about the Hyatt Place in Fremont, CA is their consistency. Staff is always friendly and quick at check in. The rooms are large, clean and modern with a comfortable bed. Though the hotel is next to 880, it's far enough away that you don't hear any road noise. Continental breakfast is better than most, although it gets fairly crowded. Will continue to stay there when visiting the area.
