    Dont stay here
    Working offshift I book the rooms for two or more nights so no one will wake me .here I. ,but here I am sleeping in my car because they need to clean the carpet...Then they lie to you saying the cant comp me the room for one of the nights..

    Cheap but dirty
    If you stay here, ask for one of the refurbished rooms. The major plus (perhaps the only plus) of this hotel is the price. It could be great if someone would spend some money to finish repairs and upgrades, and if room service would clean the rooms more effectively. Our bathroom was clean and in good condition, but the carpet in the bedroom was not just worn, with ground-in dirt, it was obvious that it had not been vacuumed.

    DON 'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!
    Do Not stay here!!! The rooms are extremely diirty! Carpets Stained, Wall Stained. When we checked in yesterday afternoon the trash cans outside the office and by the rooms were over flowing with trash. It was still there this morning!!! The rooms smelled. It was to noisy. When we called the desk and 3:30 am the desk clerk was VERY RUDE!!! and did nothing to help the situation. My sister's room even had Cock Roaches!!!!!!!!!!!

    DO NOT STAY HERE
    Went on a trip to Redwood with a large group of friends. Stayed for one night. Walked into first story and we immediately got the stench of weed. Went upstairs into my room with my girl friends and saw large black stains on the carpet floor which wasn't bad, but they do need to clean up. Opened bed covers and found a long black hair on top of my pillow, said to myself "Okay it has to be the maids no problem" Walked into the restroom and found several short pubic hairs on the floor, VERY GROSS. Not knowing that the tub wouldn't drain, I took a shower at which the water took about 10 minutes to heat up completely to a comfortable temperature. I literally showered in my own bath water on my feet. Grabbed a bath towel and found yet again, another hair which was not mine. After my two girl friends showered the bath was completely filled up with water. Next morning the water still had not drained. Talked to my other friends who had stayed in the rooms next door on the same level and had several problems. Ones toilet had become completely clogged up, and everything from the past few days had came up including a bud of weed. Another one of my friends found cockroaches next to their bed, and another found a tick in her hair while showering. This hotel needs some serious help. Wouldn't stay here even if it was a free night. Go somewhere else!!!

    Do not stay here.
    Had booked this room for three nights of a six night stay in the San Francisco area and were changing to this hotel after staying the first three nights in Aptos. Checked in around 9 pm and went to the room to find one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in, asked the front desk about changing rooms and was told that they were all booked up. After seeing just a little of the neighborhood and some of the people wandering though the parking lot while unloading the car, I decided that I was not staying there another night even if I had to eat the cost of the room. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are absolutely desperate for a place to stay and even then I think I would take my chances on sleeping in the car.
