We booked this hotel the night before travelling for one night. The room was for myself and my granndson who was playing football in Blackpool the morning after our stay. As the game was an early kick off we would have had to leave before breakfast but Jane told us to come down early for breakfast and it would be sorted. The breakfast was very good cereal,egg bacon sausages,beans and toast fruit juice and tea or coffee. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant and helpfull and I would recommed it to anyone.

Myself, husband & our 9yr old son stayed here on our trip to Blackpool on the 19-21st October 2012. We travelled by train to Blackpool South which was only a 6 minute walk from this B&B. Fab location based in the south shore which is central to pleasure beach and easy access to all piers. We paid ¿¿9 for a family day/night tram ticket which could be used as many times which we used to go from our stop up & down the promenade and back to our accommodation. This was a quick alternative to access all of Blackpool as we went to the magic show in the south and circus in the north. B&B was excellent very clean,cosy and friendly.We had a family room en suite which was a perfect size and very comfortable beds. Jane & Jimmy were excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome and our little boy loved telling them all about our trip.. great breakfast too! No stag or hen parties are allowed which really helped as a lot of B&B's we saw were noisy from this where as we had a perfect night sleep after a busy day/night out and our own Tv to relax before bedtime. A fab little gem just a short walk away from the beach (at the top of the street) after doing a LOT of research before hand I am delighted with my find at a bargain!!

My brother and I booked late for the British Open at Royal Lytham and St Annes. The best part of our stay was the warm friendly welcome from Jane and Jimmy. Always helpful and accommodating we could not want for friendlier hosts. Our room was on the top floor and was quite small, but was very clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was traditional, with choice of cereals, tea or coffee and cooked full English. Very god value for money and highly recommended.

Me and my partner stayed here last year was in the middle so it was a even walk if you wanted to head towards the pleasure beach or the town, the owners was lovely always happy to help, the breakfast was georgous, the owners was very friendly always asking what we was doing on the days and even advised us of places to visit, definatly will come back.

Another brilliant weekend at St Kilda. As always room was very clean and breakfast excellent. Have been here four times now and would not think of staying elsewhere. Jane and Jimmy are so welcoming and friendly it's like home from home.
