Very basic and more like a hostel for students
Normally stay in central London when we visit for a trip to the theatre but having just returned from an expensive holiday, we chose this budget hotel. Our room was in the attic and absolutely minute. The en-suite was so tiny that it was difficult to dry yourself after having a shower. Lots of back packers staying so breakfast was something to be endured rather than enjoyed. Very basic room with all kinds of odd furniture in it. Very noisy and after helping yourself to Weetabix or cornflakes, you then queued up for your piece of toast. Nothing else on offer.The return tube fare from here was ¿¿14.60 so I don't think that we saved very much by being so far out of the city. Not somewhere I would recommend.

¿¿32 one night in London
You have to remember this cost ¿¿32 for a Friday for a double room with Breakfast in London. Plus points are the hotel is really clean, staff are efficient and booking you in. Great shower in our room (L6) and very quiet. Very close to the tube stop-3 minute walk to Clapham South.Biggest downside for us was the size of the bed. It is not a full size single in that room!!! We are pretty average size people and to say it was a close nights sleep was is an understatement! We didn't complain or mention it as it was literally one night and for the price in London at least it was a clean bed!Can't comment on the breakfast as we didnt have it in the end but it is included in the price as well!

An inexpensive place to stay in London
This property is located a couple of mins walk, about 200m from the Clapham south tube station in the northern line. Neat and clean rooms and breakfast complimentary though is basic with cereals, milk, orange and apple juice, toast, butter, jam and coffee. We saw lots of European travellers and backpackers. Well connected to the city of London (just 5 tube stops). Very quiet away from the bustle and the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Reliable and convenient
I needed somewhere to stay last minute in Clapham. This was very affordable, close to the Clapham South Tube Station and a cheerful service. I had a double bed, clean white sheets, good mattress, TV and en-suite. It was very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised considering how much I paid. The breakfast was a basic Continental spread (milk, cereal, juice, toast, spreads, tea/coffee). I have stayed here twice now- once on my own, and another time with a friend, and would definitely go again.

solid place away from the center of london
Clapham does not have the best reputation, but I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay outside central and explore more of the city. The area was excellent, there is a giant park across the street, decent takeout, and the tube station and bus area is outside the door. The hotel itself was clean, I stayed on the top floor in a single room. Had a clean bathroom and decent bed, the internet would pop off every now and then, but I was on the top floor. If you are looking for a place away from the center and want to save some money, I would book here again.
