Family Weekend
I purchased a special package for my family & I. The check in process was good and friendly however she did not have all the vouchers and items i needed but instructed me to come back in the morning for them, which i did and i received them. The hotel is in a great location close to many things so it helped us to not get lost. The rooms were ok, i do enjoy the sleep number bed. The restrooms door was odd for me i didnt like that there was no lock. I also didnt like the closeness of the toilet to the sink. The halls look a bit dreary and worn down. I did notice that in the room a few things needed to be touched up especially in areas like behind the curtains that i know many people dont look at. At check out i was charged for 2 vehicles for 2 nights when i only had one vehicle for 2 nights. So that did irritate me as i had mentioned it upon check in. Otherwise i would definitely return because of its location.

Great Customer Service
This hotel has excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was wonderful. Pancakes were delicious and the service in restaurant was quick and efficient. The cookies are great and my kids loved them. Hot tub wasn't functioning but everything else was good. Will be staying there again!!

Advocate Training
Excellent location in the heart of San Antonio with quick access to downtown activities. The price and accommodations were which made it a great value. The staff was great making everyone's stay an enjoyable training and visit. The meeting room and food was also great.

Leisure Travel
Overall the hotel is quiet and accommodating for nearby attractions in the downtown area. The front office staff are warm and friendly individuals who appear to take great pride in their jobs as well as their guest.

Filthy
I checked in on a Tuesday night. I waa not greeted, the young lady did not offer me the famous cooie. The young lady did not give me any info about the hotel.i did not feel we,come at all. The first room the door was locked from inside and could not get in. They gave me another room. This room had sheets with blood on them. Again the move me to another room. This room the toilet was not clean. Obvisously they dont take pride in cleanliness. I never recieved an apology. I asked to speak with the hotel manager. Nevet got a call. Very disappointed in lack of cleanliness and service.
