The Fabulous Beverly Hilton
The Beverly Hilton is fabulous. The hotel offers spacious rooms, attentive staff to meet every need and a great lower level restaurant/lounge adjacent to the pool/spa. The restaurant is very accommodating a will serve menu items and your own off-menu suggestions. The hotel has a large pool surrounded by the hotel, with beautiful seating and lounging nearby. The hotel staff are very helpful with reservations and timing suggestions in LA traffic. The hotel offers guests a courtesy car for a chauffeured ride to/from nearby Rodeo Drive for shopping. We've had rooms with a view of "Hollywood" and most recently a balcony suite where we entertained guests, who live in Orange County. The service for this occassion was perfectly managed and our guests and we were pleased with the attentive staff and spacious, comfortable suite.

fare-thee-well
First of all, let me say that I am a fan of the Beverly Hilton. I support the development of this real estate and progress in the city of Beverly Hills. I would like to see management be extremely supportive to HIlton Honors guests, and being one of those guests that has remained loyal to the Beverly Hilton. I can't say its' likely that I would return to the hotel again. On a recent stay, I was very frustrated with the response from management after a miscommunication. It seems to me, finding a way to manage the relationship was more important then valuing my standing relationship with the hotel and HIlton Honors. I was put off. I don't know what to say. I want to say with kindness and gratitude thank you to those members of staff and management that have always made The Beverly Hilton like home. HI Grazina, Rosa, Mark, Luis, Bob, and Michael Robertson.

Fancy and convenient
No doubt, it is a great hotel. However, the rooms are not huge. Service is wonderful and if you go, you'll have a great experience. The pool is large and even when it is busy, one can find a lounge. The free Beverly Hilton water is appreciated.

Great Stay
Arrived at 8.30am from a long flight from Australia. Reception staff great and arranged early check in plus a room up grade. The room was very comfortable and amazingly quiet! All staff were very accommodating and made my 2 night stay very enjoyable. No complaints whatsoever! In fact I was pleasantly surprised at my experience as was not expecting such a good stay. Very recommended. Also note I got the room for a rate hat made the stay excellent value

Nice hotel
Spent a weekend in LA and stayed at the Hilton. Easy together to, self park was easy in and out. Room was nice and clean. The furniture was a little beaten up with scratches and a few minor wall paper places peeling. The bathroom though wasn't so good. No ventilation so the moisture accumulates and everything gets wet and moisture drips from the ceiling - kinda gross.Staff was very polite, friendly and attentive. We did not eat at the hotel, but morning room service coffee was great and on time each morning.
