Near airport, clean room
The hotel is conveniently located next to Terminal 3 of Beijing International Airport. The room is clean, but the place is massive. We have to turn many corners before getting to our room. We don't mind the walk. They upgraded us to the executive suite which is very nice. The check in is at the second floor for the executive suites. The service is excellent. We requested a room far away from the highway, and so it is quiet despite being near the airport with planes landing and taking off. Enjoy it.

Ideal for the overnight stay.
We needed a hotel near the airport since we had a flight out early and upon advise from the forum, booked a room at the Hilton.The shuttle was waiting right in place, and we were in the hotel within 5 mins. To give you an idea of the location, the building is literally the last structure before you get to Terminal 3. I had chosen the upgrade option while booking a room on the executive floor however the rom was not ready when we were checking in. So, instead of waiting, they upgraded us to a premium suite and WOW what a room. It was absolutely beautiful. The executive lounge was sublime, and their happy hour had so much food available that we did not need dinner that night. Breakfast the next day morning was ample - with eggs cooked to order. Service was top notch.Keep in mind that the drive to the city is almost 50 mins ( depending on traffic) - so if you are going to Beijing to visit, a hotel in the city makes more sense. To us, requiring a night just for the day, it was perfect. Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

Good location - Room a let down
I should point out that the hotel is very nice and very convenient for a short airport stay. When you are exhausted from travel, you can pick up your luggage and be in your room in about 20mins. Despite being a non-smoker I was told they had no non-smoking rooms. The room smelled of smoke, the carpet stained and tatty. Maybe I was unlucky, but when travelling long and having little sleep, I dont think you should have to take a chance with a hotel - especially if the hotel is a Hilton.

Terrific hotel, convenient to the airport
Not what one come's to expect at the majority of hotels near major airports; this Hilton property is luxury, in fact, I would suggest better than most other Hilton properties. Very clean, quiet rooms (given the proximity to the airport you might hear an occasional subdued rumble of a jet takeoff). Conscientious, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet in the "360" restaurant. The Executive lounge also offers very good treats throughout the day.

Late arrival and early departure, but worth it
I checked in at 1:30 am and checked out same day at 8:00 am due to trip schedule. However the 6.5 hours i spent at hotel were extremely pleasant. My room was sold, but was upgraded to suite for no charge. i have no idea what the cost for the suite normally is, but it was simply the largest hotel room I've ever seen...it includes a 2nd floor. Close to airport. Clean and beautiful. Staff helpful, friendly and understanding. Breakfast buffet very good and very amenable to a Western palate. Overall a brief but enjoyable stay. Highly recomended.One strange thing to note, there are 3 TV's in the suite and all were on when i arrived. Which meant at 2am after travelling nearly 20 hours that day I had to find 3 remotes and shut off 3 TV's in 3 separate rooms including one upstairs. Not a negative, but i was grumpy about it at the time.
