Its OK. But probably look for other hotels.
I just wanted a cheap place to stay one night and after digging through travel sites, I ended up choosing a "Standard Double" at Casa. Even the likes of Holiday Inn Express in Hong Kong were too expensive as my stay was on a Friday, so I decided to give Casa a shot based on its reasonable (HK standard) price and location. The location is good as its just few steps away from Exit C of Yao Ma Tei station. You need to take a tiny elevator to the first floor to check in and the level of service was pretty average. The lobby is actually pleasant and is definitely better than the room itself. The moment you reach the floor with rooms and step off the elevator, damp smell hits you. The room smells the same way. Its also extremely small, dimly lit and the bathroom is also extremely small. The TV has about two channels that are in Chinese. The bathroom doesn't have soap and there is no separate shower booth, so when you shower, your entire bathroom will be wet. So its probably a good idea to use the toilet beforehand. The bed is uncomfortable but it was okay for a one night sleep. I stayed out late with friends and I was extremely tired, so I only needed to spend a few hours in the room, which made the stay bearable. I can neither recommend nor discourage people because in terms of price and location, its acceptable. Hong Kong is an expensive city and especially starting Friday, room rates jump significantly. I know before I stayed at a luxury hotel for only $30 more the night before I stayed at Casa. However, if you value pleasant stay and enjoy lounging in your hotel room as part of your travelling experience, then this is probably not the place for you.

small hotel great location
stay at this hotel for 2 times and I like the location, very near to MRT, if taking bus from airport also very convenient, the bus stop is just opposite of the hotel, n when taking bus back to airport, the bus stop is jus 2 steps away. along the road there are a lot of shops. the only negative is the room was too small and the toilet even small.

Extremely small bathroom
My sis and I went for a short holiday to Hong Kong in Oct 2012. The hotel location was good as it was on Nathan Road which was walking distance to the night market and Tsim Tsa Sui. Much better location compared to the hotel i took 2 years ago. However the rooms are extremely small. Its as good as living in a closet. There is no space at all. The bathroom is practically an open bathroom and its so freaking small that when one person does his business (empty his bowel) the whole room stinks!! And when u enter the bathroom there is no space to move. The distance from the bed to the bathroom is less than 1 feet. I cant describe how small is the room and bathroom. For the location yes I would recommend provided u can bear the space of the room.

Just OK.
Situated on Nathan Road the location is very good and a pleasant stroll to the star ferry. The hotel itself is very basic with the reception located on the 2nd. floor. Very small rooms and the smell of sewage wafts up during the night if you have a room facing away from Nathan Road. Breakfast is good with a choice of Western and Chinese. Polite and helpful staff. This hotel is cheap and is 'just ok' if you are out all day and only using it as a place to sleep.

Not too bad
Stay 3 nights in room 709 in this hotel, requested for a twin room that is located at the corner as it¿¿¿s bigger with more space to lay the luggages on the floor. Reception is quite efficient, check in & out was hassle free! The room smells abit ¿¿¿weird¿¿¿ but it is acceptable for me as I spend most of the time outside than in hotel room. Amenities for my room: Kettle, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, wardrobe, TV but NO ¿¿¿ safe, drinking bottle waters, fridge. Pros:1.Very accessible as the bus stop for Airport bus is just round the corner, per trip HKD33 and Yau Ma Tei MTR exit is just 3mins walk away.2.Good location: 2 MTR stations away from Tsim Sha Tsui and 1 MTR station from Mongkok. Night markets/shopping malls are just walking distance away and there are also a lot of local eateries. Spoilt for choices! 3.Nice Bed.. slept throughout the night and feeling fresh in the morning4.Free wifi and TV with nice local channels (Not sure about international channel as I watched all the Cantonese shows)5.Free IDD calls, just have to pay for local land line charges at HKD2.50 per minCons:1.Small toilet, feels claustrophobic and after showering, everything is wet. Look at the pictures and you¿¿¿ll understand.2.Paid S$130 per night (without breakfast ¿¿¿ Even if it does, forget about it and go for some authentic local breakfast!) for this small hotel although it is a normal in Hong Kong but still can¿¿¿t help it to feel expensive.3.Bad sound proofing.. You can hear people quarreling and slamming of doors. If you¿¿¿re a light sleeper, go somewhere else4.There are 2 elevators in service but slow and small. Only can fit 6 adults or 3-4 adults with luggages.Overall, it was a quite pleasant and I don¿¿¿t mind coming back again if it¿¿¿s not too expensive.
