Wasted Potential
This review is based on a 1 night stay. As others have stated, the room is poorly kept - generally not very clean and has some damage (our room had damaged carpet, damaged wall, toilet roll holder wasn't affixed to wall properly, ac remote seemed to be faulty). Not all windows had blinds (although they didnt seem to be missing, just that no one thought it was necessary?).Generally unimpressed, however hotel staff at the front desk were helpful and check in / check out was easy.

Great apartment brilliant reception staff
We arived at 8pm and thanks to Sarah had a faultless checkin. The apartment on the 41st floor (oom 418 I think) was wonderful, fully equipped and had amazing views over the city. Apartment let for less than a week are not normally serviced in most countries so it was a nice suprise to find that the apartment was cleaned every day. We didn't use the pool or the gym.There isn't any wifi in the building but Sarah was able to let me have a ethernet adapter so that I could connect with my USB cable. if you find it all too much trouble quite a few coffee shops (there's a Starbucks just down Queen Steet) have free wifi and wifi is provided for free by the council in the lovely botanical gardens.Check out was just a faultless, Sarah was on hand again and took charge of our luggage for the afternoon and even phoned for a taxi when it was time to head to the airport.Thanks also to the residents that we met in the lifts who made us feel welcome.While in the city you should eat at Gordons Paragon (on the pier) the food was fantastic and if you're seated between 5.30 and 6.30 the food is half pice.

If my room was clean there wouldn't be a complaint
I'm currently staying here for one night and am annoyed enough to write a review while still here. Like a previous reviewer stated the cleanliness is way below bar. The carpet/sofa stains are revolting, sheets haven't been changed (I know this because of a snot stain on the corner edge) and the spare linens in the cupboard have been bundled up and shoved in by (I'm assuming) the previous guest or lazy house keeping. The location is amazing and the view will impress anyone. I really like the configuration of the rooms having a full laundry, kitchen and seperate living area and it does provide value for money but next time I'll save my pennies and book somewhere that actually cleans the rooms between uses as I'm pretty disgusted.

Fantastic view, lovely rooms, huge ensuite, awesome location. Patience required if you need to park there.
I would stay here again, especially if they have good rates. We were only in town for the night.Love the size of the ensuite, and the view - tremendous. Staff were helpful and the check in/out process was quick & simple.Parking would be my only issue. I think a better system is needed. It took ages to find a park - mainly because you have to look for a free spot marked by a yellow Oaks parking sign & they were scattered on each level so it took ages.

Great Value,Great views,Great Location!!!
I recently stayed here on business for 3 weeks.I was on the 41st floor with sweeping views of the Story Bridge and river.Very standard but comfortable rooms with full kitchen facilities.Gym and pool were great and the location was perfect.Just a 5 minute stroll to Queen St mall and the Broadwalk restaurants. Front staff always friendly.Hard to complain at all really. If you get this place at a good rate you wont go wrong!
