Excellent from check-in to check-out
We were floored by the excellent check-in we received, courteous, efficient and like you wish to have it always but usually get only in top hotels. For a large comfortable room at less than $80, we were expecting OK, but received beyond expectations.We stayed on the 14th floor. The room was huge with all the amenities: flat screen TV, perfect free internet, fridge, kettle, toiletries, robe, slippers, etc.Breakfast was copious and varied. The pool is big enough to do laps. The gym is 24/7. They offer massage (there are also tons in the street). Lots of shops around: clean food market, 7-11, night market, etc. 5mn walk to BTS Nana - not far from the metro station that takes you to the airport in less than 20mn.When on the west side we have our favorite B&B, when on the Sukhumvit side, this is definitely THE address to count on.

This was our first visit to Thailand and our first stop was at BelAire Bangkok, we had the most magnificent stay at this Hotel, The Welcome from ther friendliest Staff, the Hotel decor, the rooms, Dining Room and Food was second to none, you made this a trip of a,lifetime.Thank you BelAire Bangkok

Fantasic hotel in a good location
We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2012, what a lovely hotel! The location is perfect with a supermarket opposite and the sky train a five minute walk away. The rooms are massive with the most amazing beds! You get two free bottles of water everyday which is a simple but great touch. Could not fault anything about our stay here.

Decent hotel
We stayed at the club executive rooms, good deal but the mini bar is not the same as a regular room since it is free. So no chocolates, snacks, drinks, etc. Only, water, soda, and beer.The hotel is near loads of restaurants, foodland, and 711. There is a fancy shopping mall and a street market before on the way to it.Recommended for arab tourists.Internet was free but very slow. I liked the hotel anyway.

Nice but without a modern Television...
I stayed at this hotel from 28 April to 02 May 2013 at a Deluxe room in 14th floor. This is a calm and quite hotel at the heart of Sukhumvit - Bangkok. Staffs are very cordial. Room service,Housekeeping very good. By location its nicely placed, nearer to all amenities. Food, breakfast are magnificent. And through the windows you can see the fabulous parts of the city. That's fascinating. But only one problem I faced and that was the television in the room( even in deluxe) was an old fashioned one. It should have been at least a LCD television. If you want a quite hotel through which window want to see the landscape then you may choose this one. Never mind for the old fashioned TV...!!!!
