RUN AWAY
This is, by far, the worst hotel I've stayed in. Dirty rooms with no infra-structure. We were put in a basement room with no space for the luggage to go through the corridor. One of the beds was broken, the shower had no glass protection to prevent the water from flooding the ambience. Rude attendants and poor breakfast: totally crowded with few options and 9 am sharp staff start gathering all supplies, no matter if you're halfway on your meal. Never ever considering staying there, I'd never recommend this place to anybody!

Terrible staff and poor up-keep
Looks great from the outside but inside is a different story. The walls were filthy, the shower door was on its last legs hanging off. The shower had one temperature - scolding hot as thermo didn't work. Fan was hangin off the wall with nowhere to plug it in. Breakfast- "continental". Would have like it to be more than one cheese and boiled eggs. They wouldn't let me have any apple juice even though there were crates of the stuff in plain view. Juice not cool and roasting hot. Air con broken so everyone was hot. Staff were abrupt and rude ( except receptionist). END

***WORST night of my life***
***HORRIBLE STAFF******WINDOW WOULDNT LOCK******BREAKFAST WAS ABMISMAL******DIRTY ROOM***I recently stayed in this 'hotel' as i was attending an embassy appointment. After looking through the photos i thought the hotel looked reasonable for the price.When i arrived i was put on a floor with two other rooms. The two couples in the room next to me were staying together. As i arrived the couples were enjoying a party at 3pm in the corrider in between the rooms, were they had loud music and were SMOKING INSIDE. The later arrived back into the hotel intoxicated and singing at 11pm they proceeded to continue the party in the corrider, after enduring this noise untill 12PM i rang the reception to complain. The 'security' on the front informed me he would come and get them to go into there rooms. He came and told them to calm down as i had complained as he left the couples decided to shout threats through my door as i was ruining their night. It got to 4:30 AM and 6 phone calls to the reception and i decided to go to the reception and ask to move rooms but SECURITY WAS ASLEEP. I told him the situation for the 7th time and asked to move rooms. He was RUDE and IGNORED WHAT I WAS SAYING. The part calmed down at 5:30am and then the arguments started at 7am.***WHEN CHECKING OUT I TOLD THE MANAGER AND HE MADE ME COME TO THE ROOM TO TELL THE COUPLE WHY I DID NOT WANT TO PAY. AS A 19 YEAR OLD GIRL ALONE IN LONDON I DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING SHOUTED AT BY A 27+ MAN WHILE THE MANAGER WATCHED ON.***

More for location than actual hotel
This hotel is in a great location due to it being a 5 min walk from Earls court underground station For the price it's even better for 2 nights in London and with a good location it only cost ¿¿100 tho this was via a website I'm sure it's not to different anywhere else. The room was adequate with a double bed tv coffee and tea making facilities and a decent enough shower. The only down side really was the breakfast as it seemed unorganised and not the best quality.

Do not stay in the annexe
I have stayed here before and it was ok,However this time we were put in the annexe.It's a totally different propertySmall dirty rooms. Damaged walls, light fittings haning off the wall. Filthy carpet and very thin matarasses.When we complained we were told that there was nothing else available and the manager was not available. The receptionist just did not care and seemed to be used to these complaints as we were compaining 12 other guests came to complain.
