Never again until hotel renovation
This hotel needs renovation. Now it's not suitable for living. Actually it's slum, not hotel. We made a mistake to book and pay it in advance with big company of colleagues, but even advanced payment did not stop some of us to change hotel. Attached picture says better than my review. What you can see is mildew on the floor and walls

good budget hotel, but don't expect any frills
This hotel is located on a roundabout of 7 roads, all converging by the front door. The traffic noise is therefore obvious. Of course, this is out of the hotel's control, but there are improvements the hotel could make for their guests:New towels please; wall insulation so I don't have to listen to the TV or the shower in the next room; enough bacon and eggs at breakfast - at ¿¿¿13, I expect to have an adequate choice to eat. The choice here is limited - no fruit teas, having to look for spoons and forks which are in a drawer (it was amusing watching a guy in a suit trying to eat scrambled egg on bread with a teaspoon- he hadn't played hunt the cutlery!). There is a kettle in the room, but no cups (3 days running). Lift is only for 1 person with a small suitcase. Decor a bit tired.The staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is fine for a couple of nights, I would stay again if there was no other local option. I stocked up on water, wine and nibbles at the local shop.

My lowest ever review on TA
I tried to be open minded about this property...it is a hotel aimed at the budget market but there are still a few things that moved it down a notch even below that level of expectation:1) I was on the 5th floor and two of the three days I was there the lights were off so when I got out of the elevator or at the top of the stairs it was very dark....couldn't have found/opened my room without the light from my smartphone...hmmm what happens in case of a fire?2) the internet was appallingly slow...3) housekeeping appeared to be less than average...stuff in sink no cleaned after two days, a hotel pen that rolled onto the floor stayed there...4) room 512...small..I understand that...but no windows at all...just a skylight...and 'light' is being generous 5) water pressure in the shower was really weak6) didn't partake of breakfast so can't comment on that

Room was clean and comfortable. Tiny lift fits only 1 person if you have luggage, but this isn't a big problem. Our door to the exterior was broken for our entire stay even though we reported it so we couldn't close it so the traffic noise was very loud

Get what you pay for here!
This hotel was very cheap, in a pleasant, although not central, area of Paris. We stayed here for only one night as part of a Eurostar weekend deal - and it was one of the cheaper options. Rooms are small - fine for one night - and clean. En suite wet room is very small and ours was a little tired. Shampoo is provided - as is a weak hairdryer.TV doesn't receive any English channels - if that's important - and wifi is advertised as free although we didn't have time to test it. Don't bother paying for breakfast as there's plenty of options nearby.We had a back room so there was no road noise BUT there might as well have been no walls in the building as sound from other rooms really does carry.There's an elevator - but only for 2 people at most ,... and even then - without any amount of luggage.I think it cost about 40 euros for a night - and it was worth that!!Oh - vending machine in reception for water or snacks if required - but again a supermarket only yards away!
