I've stayed at a few Mantra properties and this is underwhelming. The hotel is very close to parramatta station and shops. My room was sparsely furnished, tea and coffee rationed and only enough milk for two drinks. Bathroom was small and in need of anti mold on the tile grout. For the price, certainly not luxury

Excellent
Excellent large room and very clean. The room and bathroom were very clean, and had nice modern decor, which felt welcoming. large comfortable bed with a good selection of pillows and blankets. Small kitchenette well equipped. Nice feel to the room and all appliances worked well. Short walk to public transport and Westfield. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy parking, and an overall nice experience. Gym was also well equiped and the pool although not used looked clean. Steam room available and sauna which was used by a collegue who said it was also of a high standard.

We had a Blast selling our Wide Calf Boots at the Mantra!
We are a Melbourne based company who sell speciality designer wide calf boots. We have done pop up stores in Sydney before but find the cost & work involved isn't worth it. We decided to trial hiring a room at the Mantra, its so central and the rooms are beautiful. After a 12hrs drive with a 3yo we were greeted with smiles, service and good old fashioned sincere help. They gave our daughter a play bag, the room was great & a complimentary bottle of wine was a really great touch. Then the next day when we set up for the event the staff were amazing, we always got a smile and helped us get the best use of the space and equipment hired. Not what I'm used to at all. All the customers who visited us at the event also commented on how friendly the staff were. We will defiantly be using their conference facilities again. Thanks

Great accomm and location
Fantastic location as very short walk to Westfield. Clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, great room service and reasonably attentive staff. No traffic noise experienced from the self contained units. Easy, secure car parking too.I've stayed there three times previously and have already booked my next Sydney trip staying there.

Awesome service & comfortable hotel
The staff here are wonderful they my made stay very comfortable,they were extremely friendly & willing to help,they even allowed me to swap rooms so I could be closer to my sister's room, which really help us as we were in sydney to arrange a funeral.The rooms were clean & the beds were lovely,one of the highlights for me was the fact the Mantra actually had comfortable pillows,Which was a massive plus for me.I would definitely stay here again when I visit Sydney next & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Mantra in Parramatta ,All up it was a wonderful experience,value for money & amazing service,Thanks guys :)
