We stayed in the hotel in December for 2 nights. The location was good. The hotel itself was basic, but clean and tidy. We had arranged to get the bus back to the airport on the last day, but the receptionist recommended us to book a local private transfer with them that would only work out slightly more expensive. We were waiting to be collected. 10 minutes after we were due to be picked up, we were told that they were on strike, so would not come and get us. The receptionist called us a taxi, but we had to pay the full amount. This worked out far more expensive. Very very disappointed with the staff. This put a dampener on the trip.

Probably I should mention first that the hotel stay was part of a bargain package tour (probably would not be that happy if I paid full price) plus I travelled solo (therefore, the room and even bathroom were not too small for me). First of all, I really loved the location - just a few metro stations (or a nice walk) to Marais, which is my favourite area in Paris, great coffee just a few metres away, lots of cafes and supermarkets outside (open till 10 p.m.), two metro stations of different lines just a few minutes away. The room was very basic but not revolting - not tired, no excessive textile details, no ugly carpeting, convenient lighting system. The bathroom is very tiny and not ecactly a pinnacle of ergonomical design but will do for a few nights. Breakfast again was very basic but there are really nice cafes around so I didn't bother. Wi-fi worked fine in my room and common areas on all i-devices, very simple passcode system. The only clear drawback was that the room was near the lift, so it was obviously very noisy in the morning and until late evening plus some renovation went on right on the facade of the building, so I had to draw curtains and put up with some more noise. Normally when I stay at basic hotels I try to spend there as little time as possible but here I found myself thinking of it as home and was quite happy to work in my room. All in all, if you harbor some high expectations and are willing to see deficiencies, you will find plenty of them but for me it does what it says on the label, so I would definitely stay there again and spend my budget on lots of nice things Paris has to offer:)

Room was small so was bathroom but we only needed a pit stop for the holiday! Location wise, it was perfect! Shops and coffee shops nearby which was perfect for grabbing a coffee on the way to the metro station and close to some lovely restaurants and bars (10 minutes walk). Walking distance to Bastille. If you're after a nice luxury hotel, this isn't the place for you but if you just need a bed and a bog - this place is perfect!

The hotel room is small but worth the price. A bus stop is just in front of the hotel and a metro station for M9 is a few walks away which can go to Lafayette and Champs-Elysees directly. The bed is small and as well as the bathroom. However, the staff are very kind and helpful. You can talk with them in English without any problem. Asian people who like hot water can easily get it from the hotel. However, the neighborhood is noisy at weekend nights. You can hear drunk people yellling on the street.

Stayed here for 3nights an I thought it was very good. Room was small but cosy. People said bathroom was small but I thought it was fine. Small but modern with space for toothbrushes near sink standard shower. Only French channels on tv during the morning lol but in the evening there were 2 English channels with popular programmes. Bed was comfortable an room was warm. Good location as was close to metro train line an small cafes for breakfast. Location wasn't far from restaurants on the metro line. Was very good for what I paid. Was really happy with the hotel.
