Excellent hotel with indian veg breakfast(puri & bhaji). Its a paradise for indians who needs veg food.
Rooms:We stayed on 10th floor in a deluxe studio Room having a mini kitchen with oven, utensils and other stuffs.Had a beautiful view of rising Sun in the morning & in the nights had all sky scrappers around with colorful lightings. They have free wifi in rooms and staff is very courteous and kind. Hotel is well maintained with all facilities like swimming pool, gymLocation:Very good location right on the sukhumuvit road & near to Nana & Asoke Stations.Location is easy to find & many of the cab drivers do know the hotel. You have many indian veg restaurants nearby. Also malls and shopping area are very near to the hotel.Food:Buffet breakfast was excellent & the best thing was we got indian food(puri & bhajji) as well in breakfast. there's a also a 7/11 store on ground floor of the hotel at the reception area.I would say value for money & i would recommend this hotel to family n friends.

Good location, average service, a little tired
This is a serviced apartment with large, well equipped rooms with a sofa, desk, kettle and a mini-oven. We stayed here for four nights on a training programme. I travelled alone and was on the 10th floor, with a room facing the Sukhumvit road. The glass of the room reached the floor so I had a good view of the car park, to see whether our vans for departure had arrived. We had dinner daily at the Royal Brasserie. The menu is rather limited, but their noodles dishes are generous and tasty. The rice dishes were strangely tiny, especially the Nasi Goreng. The best dish that we tried was the Yakisoba. They had a good, sweet Lemon Iced Tea, and a couple of nice crushed ice coolers. They had a selection of ¿¿te ice cream tubs for just THB89++. The taxes total 17%. To get to the Asok Skytrain station / Sukhumvit MRT it is a very short walk down the road (and turn left), about 5 minutes. The pavement is a little dirty, and you have to avoid the grime. There are annoying pavement hawkers and pimps outside the Manhattan hotel close by (which I have stayed at). There are also two baggage shops with touts jumping out every time you pass the place. This is not the hotel's fault. There are many Taximeters parked outside, make sure that that they switch on their meter! The breakfast was very disappointing, compared with the king's banquet provided by hotels in the Pratunam area. Not recommended, I think that there must be better offers out there. But if you want to be in the area, and shop at Robinson's and Terminal 21 rather than in Pratunam (Chit Lom skytrain station THB 20, is 3 stops away and has a covered overhead walkway to the Central World Plaza and Zen).

Nice and comfortable
Three travellers husband & wife + one. Given a room in the executive apartments, two bedroom, two bathrooms, clean and spacious. On the 6th floor serviced by a lift. Close to skytrain, restaurants and a night market at end of street. Staff courteous and helpful with an easy mart just off the foyer. Restaurant - breakfast was great (remember to order eggs if needed) some variety day to day in menu, fresh fruit and some cereal. Had a couple of meals good variety and nicely cooked, nice to be recognised and remembered by staff. If we needed a taxi found staff organised a metred taxi for us no hassles (did some long trips). A pleasant stay with a lot less noise than experienced elsewhere.

good experience
stayed here for one night in the last week of march, the staff were courteous (unlike the other local vendors in bkk who don't know to deal with customers) and the hotel was well maintained.the room on the 7th floor was good with a huge bathroom!dont forget to ask for a room with a view towards the city as ours was facing another tall building :-( the second challenge is the proximity of the hotel to the main area & nearest mono rail station is about a 10 min drive but there is a in house taxi that leaves every hour to drop you there.overall the stay was good an it was value for money as the per night cost is not too high.

Works well, but rooms are very dark
I use this hotel for business trips in Bangkok and have stayed here over 10 times over the past 48 months. Everything in the hotel is reliable. It's in a good location (though taxis can be a little difficult to get in the morning and don't trust the cars that are parked outside the hotel gates). The breakfast is good, and there is a small pool and a gym (though the gym equipment is cheap & not very comfortable). The main issue is that the rooms have very low ceilings, many appear to face directly on to a multi-storey car park which blocks out a lot of the light, the internet connection is not consistent, and a lot of the rooms have been used by smokers in the past. Everything tends to work in the rooms, though they are starting to show their age.
