I have been staying here since they opened about 5 years ago or more and still the nicest hotel in the area. Great location, private beach, awesome pool outdoors and nice indoor pool with hours to suit all. Rooms are starting to show some wear but nice big suites. Suite comes with less amenities and not even a roll of paper towels now. Joe the manager is great as is all staff so keep going back there.

We stayed at the Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront for the third time in April this year. The hotel and its staff are excellent. We were not disappointed with our stay. The location is excellent, away from the hurly burly of the Ocean City pleasure park at the botoom of the boardwalk. The restaurant seems to have improved considerably since our visit last year. In fact we probably had our best meals there this time. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here march 18-21. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying at this hotel for spring break. The service has always been excellent and this is truly the best hotel in OC. However during this stay, the service has seemed to slip. The first night we requested turndown service which never arrived. The second day our room was never cleaned, so finally at 630pm we called and explained our room hadnt been cleaned and we hadnt recieved our turndown service the previous night. They assured us the issue would be resolved, we were also promised breakfast coupons for our inconviences(we still have not recieved any coupons LOL). Eventually by 730 our room was cleaned but they skipped our turndown service for a second night. The third day our room was serviced and we did recieve turndown. The staff was overly nice as always it just seemed like there was lack of order and communication on the housekeepers parts. Our room not being cleaned until 730pm was very inconvenient for us and unacceptable. The turndown service issue is minor however when you pay top dollar for a hotel of this standing you expect for everything to be perfect. All in all our stay was great and we will continue to stay here but these issues should be addressed.

Overall, we had a great trip! The hotel is located right on the beach - just north of the boardwalk. For the most part, the staff were great; however, when we were laden down with luggage at the end of the trip, two bellmen were standing near the exit doors and did not move to assist us with opening the doors.

We stayed at the Hilton this past weekend, April 27-29. I had high expectations, considering the fact that it's rated #1 in Ocean City on Trip Advisor and is considered a 4 star hotel. For the most part, it delivered. The front desk staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. We showed up a little early, only 45 minutes, for check in. They didn't have our room ready, since they had been sold out the night before (Friday). They took our cell number and we wandered the hotel for about 10 minutes before we were called. They recommended the 4th to 8th floors for ocean views. We were given an 8th room floor and it was perfect for the view. Any higher and you'd be looking down too far at the beach. The room was immaculate. There is a large bathroom with a corner tub/shower. My daughter tried the bath in the jacuzzi bathtub and loved it. The jets aren't very strong, but it's great after a day of walking on the boardwalk. The shower head is in the ceiling, a rainfall shower head, which does make it hard to rinse your whole body, but it was still pretty cool.Having a full kitchen was a blessing and came in so handy. It even has a blender and toaster. wine glasses and cork screw. The living room of the suite came in handy when time away was needed or if we had had a 4th guest who would have needed a place to sleep, since it has a pull out couch. We always ate on the balcony. We spent most of our time that we were in the room on the balcony, no matter how chilly it got. The view was that good. There is a table and 4 chairs, so it was perfect for my husband, myself and my daughter. We even had friends over and ate out there. I've read complaints in other reviews concerning the beach. This is a tidal beach and with tides coming and going, the beach is going to have broken shells and other debris wash up on it. It was not bad at all. We loved the beach. Having spent annual vacations in Ocean City as a child, I've never seen so many shells. It was wonderful and we spent much time picking up shells. The water was too cold for swimming, but getting our feet wet was just fine. We even found a huge conch, but the resident was still home in it, so we had to throw it back. The hotel was not perfect though, so here goes the review on what made us less than thrilled. I will preface it by saying that we are Hilton Honors members and have traveled all over, earning and using our HH points at Hilton brand hotels. This stay was FREE thanks to our HH points!!! When we checked in, we were happy to receive vouchers for free continental breakfasts, being HH members. Many Hilton brand hotels have free continental breakfasts in the hotel, so we thought it meant we'd have the same options of fruit, yogurt, pastries, and some hot selections. We brought our vouchers down to the restaurant on site and were told that we had to go into the restaurant, be seated and then order our breakfast to use the vouchers. (we just wanted to take our selections back to the room to eat on the balcony) The hostess was not very friendly at all. We were confused as to why we had to go into the restaurant and instead of taking the time to explain the process, she said our waitress would be over shortly. The waitress got irritated quickly with our questions. After asking several questions and watching her temper grow, we found out that the coupons, worth $9.25 each, were only for coffee (or another drink) and a muffin or credit toward anything on the menu. They have a hot buffet, but it's $17.00+ and you must eat it in the dining room. No doggy bags or carry out from the buffet. We really wanted to have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise, so we got our coffee and muffins to go. We had brought plenty of food, so we just added the muffins to what we had in the room. The wait staff could have been much more accommodating in explaining how the process worked, because it took almost 5 minutes of questions and half answers to find out what the coupon was good for. At one
