Great Budget Hotel
We had a room with two double beds upstairs on the third floor. It was not noisy as some others had previously commented. The breakfast was fine and the front staff was very nice. A good stay at a good price.

Very good value for the Price!
Very basic hotel, good for the price. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good-basic and the staff was very polite and helpful. It was in walking distance of Fishermans warf and the bus to Union square and chinatown were very close by.

Nice place to stay
We spent 5 days here while visiting the area. The rooms were clean and quiet. It is in a nice area. The pet fee was high but we negotiated with the manager for a lower fee. Parking isn't great. Small lot with lots of cars. Everyone was very friendly. The price was good.

Excellent value for stay in SanFrancisco.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Easily walkable to Fisherman's Wharf but also very handy for public transport to places further afield. We were travelling by train and bus so latter was important to us.

Awesome value for the price we paid.
We only wanted to spend a small amount of our California tour budget on accommodation and were looking for a reasonably priced and pet-friendly hotel in San Francisco. We booked this motel one week in advance, since our plans were quite spontaneously. This place exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in San Francisco a couple of times before and know a nice room in a decent area is quite pricy and in comparison this place is very very very inexpensive. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Several bus stops were right around the corner (within 2-4 minutes walking distance). The bus ride to fisherman's wharf took no more than 10 minutes. After dark we went for a walk up Lombard St to where its world famous curvy part begins and enjoyed a great few. The room was comfortable, functional and clean with a safe and a coffee maker as well. In the morning a continental breakfast, which also was way better than at many other SF hotels, was served, including coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, cereals, boiled eggs, toast, muffins, yogurt and some fruit. The parking fee was $13 only and the pet fee was $23 only. The staff was very friendly and happily gave good travel advice. On our next visit we will definitively stay there again and will recommend this place to friends and family.
